Dmitry Zhuravlev is a co-founder and the CEO of HFLabs company.

Biography

From 14 years Dmitry studied programming independently, in 1997 entered the Tula state university on mekhaniko-mathematical faculty.

From the middle of the first rate Dmitry took orders on programming, and at the beginning of 1998 created the self-training ChatMaster program based on AI which supports dialog with the person and adopts his manner of answers to remarks. By 2000 Dmitry's development collected more than 1 million downloads.

Then the American startup of Intelligenesis led by Ben Gertsel paid attention to even minor programmer, (for December, 2020 — the founder and the CEO of the decentralized network based on AI of SingularityNET). So the student from Tula became the remote worker of the New York company: Dmitry was engaged in creation of technology of request processing in a natural language.

In 2000 Dmitry left Intelligenesis, moved from Tula in Moscow and got a job programmer in VDI (in 2006 it is sold the American IT- the company EPAM) where within two years grew to a position Java- the architect.

In 2003 left the company and was engaged in development of chat-bots for Marat Gelman (creation of "virtual Gelman" based on correspondences in ICQ). In 2003 virtual persons were also created by orders of other figures of the modern art worldwide.

The same year passed into the competing Luxoft where till 2004 directed group on development of the system of simulation modeling of security complexes for objects of the big area.

In 2004 he received the Chief information officer's position in Incore company, one of the aggregators of mobile content, largest in Russia, afterwards purchased by MegaFon.

In 2005 Dmitry learned about the tender automobile of concern Peugeot for processing data of their unstructured dealers and decided to take in it part. To receive the contract, Dmitry together with the spouse Elena had to register the legal entity. So appeared HFLabs with seed capital of only 10 thousand rubles. From 2005 to 2007 the company worked with Peugeot at a loss: the amount of its debts exceeded income, and the office was located in the former factory bath. At the same time became interested in technology Nissan, Infiniti Samsung Electronics.

In 2007 HFLabs paid debts, in the company 20 people worked already. At that time HFLabs had 5 clients — large, mainly international, the companies.

In 2012 Dmitry admitted the invitation to a position of the adviser to the minister to Minsvyaz and was engaged in the regulatory base for SIEI (system of interdepartmental effective interaction), one of main systems of the Gosuslugi portal.

In 2013 held a post of the associate director of federal state unitary enterprise Scientific Research Institute Voskhod and SIEI and the related services directed development.

In 2012-14 Dmitry was a moderator and the speaker on the actions connected with cryptocurrencies and a blockchain. And also — large bitcoin investor.

In 2014 it returned to HFLabs.

In 2019 turnover of HFLabs made 1 billion rubles. In the company 82 persons work. Among large customers: DIA, Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank, Otkritie bank, Rusfinance Bank, Bank Union, Tinkoff, Promsvyazbank, East Bank, MTS, Megafon, Ozon, METRO, Microsoft, IKEA, Business Lines.

Hobbies

Since 2011 Dmitry makes experiments with physical robots in the field of reinforcement learning (training with a reinforcement) in model environments with high degree of uncertainty.
