For TGK-1, the company has developed another system: it is used in thermal power plants to prevent accidents and reduce downtime. Three applications are connected to the system. The first - based on Android - for employees who perform rounds at the thermal power plant and check the operation of the equipment. The second transmits video streams from the crawlers' cameras to the system. The third helps to monitor the quality of inspections and monitor the condition of the equipment. Supervisors receive instant alerts if the crawler has missed the facility or deviated from the route.

The services of Philosophy.IT are used by JSC Heating Network of St. Petersburg - the company operates in a single system that consolidates information about all technical accounting facilities. The system ensures uniformity of technical and accounting data in the management company and district branches. The development team created a model, database, software shell with which employees work, as well as an integration solution that allowed the automatic transfer of historical data to the new system.

IT systems for banks and retail

The Philosophia.IT team took an active part in automating the systems of the Rosbank contact center. Within the framework of the project, the CRM system interface has been optimized, which allows you to search for the necessary information, making the minimum number of clicks. Thanks to automation, the time for training and adaptation of employees has been reduced. The Philosophy.IT team has implemented a new CTI panel through which specialists communicate with customers, and managers track line load, session duration and other key performance indicators.

Communications of the contact center within all serviced channels (website, chat, incoming and outgoing calls, processing of web requests for bank products) are carried out through a single CRM platform. The system analyzes events and displays prompts to the operator at all stages of communication.

All these improvements made it possible to increase productivity, FCR level, optimize processes and labor costs, and increase the share of sales of the contact center.

In 2018, Philosophy.IT implemented an integration solution at OTP Bank for the interaction of Siebel with the Alfresco electronic archive. This made it possible to instantly send documents (posted in Siebel) to Alfresco across 15 banking processes and organize an advanced search for documents in Alfresco.

This year, OTP Bank Philosophia.IT also introduced its own software - STUI Automation, which serves for automated testing of the Siebel system. The solution simulates the user's work in CRM and replaces manual testing.

For Post Bank in 2018, Philosophia.IT created a module that collects customer biometric data (face and voice samples) and automatically transfers them to the federal Unified Biometric System (EBS). The module is built into corporate CRM on the Siebel platform. Pochta Bank was one of the first to launch such a service: it uniquely identifies the account holder and prevents fraud. Thanks to the solution, the client will be able to receive any bank services remotely. 120 branches are already collecting data, soon this number will increase to 400.

"Philosophia.IT" develops and supports the loyalty program management system in "Azbuk Vkusa." As a result of the project, the customer received a flexible scalable tool for simultaneously launching shares throughout the chain of stores. The real-time solution takes into account checks that come from 170 cash desks. In addition, the system manages a mobile application and client services, for example, calculates the cost of a basket in the ABC online store. The solution is integrated with other retailer systems and uses two co-branding programs. This allows you to launch stocks with complex mechanics and develop them at the right pace.

We pay great attention to the retail sector. This is one of those industries where the effect of implementing IT systems is directly felt by people, consumers. In addition to loyalty programs at the ABC of Taste, Philosophy was engaged in the development of the e-commerce platform. Also this year, we collaborated with M.Video and helped colleagues implement a microservice platform, which has become the central entry point for the interaction of all IT systems. This helped colleagues to significantly speed up and reduce the cost of solving integration problems. ERP Projects - SAP Platform Solutions

Since 2017, the Philosophy.IT team has been supporting the SAP system at Mosenergo. The project covers all branches and 2300 employees of the customer. The support team includes 19 consultants in the areas of SAP HCM, IS-U, FI-CA, Basis, DMS, ABAP, MM, BI/BW, NSI. They work on the first line, change the system on request and train users. The team conducted testing as part of the SAP system migration project, implemented 100 testing scenarios.

In 2017, the company provided functional support services for the SAP HR system for the needs of PJSC MUEC: the project included planned support, support at the third level and the development of the system. The team finalized the reporting of 2- and 6-NDFL, changed the algorithm of work on VUT and the withdrawal of experience in SZV-STR, implemented new ranges of official salaries.

Another project for MUEC is the maintenance of SAP Solution Manager. The project team updated the system version from 7.1 to 7.2. To do this, the consultants prepared technical specifications, set up and demonstrated the SAP SM 7.2 demo stand, updated the system documentation and trained users. Philosophy.IT supports the system after updating and refines it according to the customer's requirements.

In 2017-2018, Philosophia.IT provided work on the third line of technical support for users of IDGC of Siberia PJSC in the direction of Production Asset Management. Using the SAP Solution Manager tool, users issued technical support requests that were processed by Philosophia.IT.

In the same period, within the framework of the development of the production asset management system for IDGC of Siberia, the following functionality was also implemented: planning measures for the technical re-equipment and reconstruction of power grid facilities, the formation of a five-year plan of work on the repair and maintenance of network facilities, automatic calculation of indices of technical condition and the consequences of equipment failure, investigation of technological violations.

ERP Projects: Oracle E-Business Suite

The direction of Oracle E-Business Suite is traditionally strong in Philosophy.IT - the company works on it with such customers as MTS, Protek, Rostelecom, MICEX, etc.

Among the key projects based on OEBS is the implementation for Akrikhin, which occupies a leading position in the pharmaceutical market in Russia. To improve the efficiency of business processes, it was decided to deploy a new ERP system Oracle E-Business Suite R12 at the Akrikhin plant. It was planned to achieve optimization and unification of processes, reduce the time for preparing corporate reporting, as well as increase overall efficiency.

The project started in May 2015. Philosophia.IT specialists took part in it as developers and consultants for the implementation of automated processes for financial and accounting (settlements with suppliers, customers, budget; control of funds; accounting of tangible and intangible assets; Preparation of data for the calculation of various taxes VAT accounting). The team also developed solutions for automating logistics and production processes.

The Oracle E-Business Suite R12-based system was put into commercial operation in April 2017. Processes automated with the system have been validated for compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), the de facto industry standard for management and production quality. At the same time, the deadlines for corporate reporting were reduced to three working days. Currently, Philosophy.IT supports and develops all implemented functionality, including financial, production and logistics applications.

After the launch of the ERP system, a separate project was launched, closely related to the main ERP functionality − the development of the warehouse management system. As part of this project, it was necessary to create a solution for automating the acceptance of raw materials and materials at Akrikhin warehouses. The system was developed for mobile devices (specialized data collection terminals) and was successfully integrated with the implemented ERP. OEBS also implemented separate custom forms for easy control of the warehouse receipt process.

As a result, the time spent by employees of the warehouse complex on processing receipts decreased by 30%. And the presence of automated voice prompts helped specialists get used to the new tool faster and minimize errors in work.

Direction 1C: integration with the Mercury system

Among the projects on 1C"" it is worth noting the integration project with the Mercury system for the Cherkizovo Group. The automated system Mercury"" Rosselkhoznadzor is intended for electronic certification: it monitors the movement of supervised goods across the territory of the Russian Federation. The system forms a unified information environment for veterinary surveillance and improves biological safety.

Since this year, all companies on the agro-industrial complex market are required to register veterinary certificates with Mercury. Each cargo has a veterinary certificate that is marked in the system. Without it, the product owner risks a fine.

The "Philosophy.IT" team finalized 4 information systems and 13 information bases "1C." Cherkizovo Group received a stable, convenient and flexible interface for setting up and monitoring exchange processes with both Mercury and retail chains. The developed functionality allows you to automatically simultaneously reflect data in Mercury and send electronic shipping notifications (DESADV) to the client through the EDI operator gateway. More than 5,000 Cherkizovo Group documents are recorded daily in Mercury.

Work in BI and Big Data

Another area that Philosophy.IT is actively developing is Business Intelligence. The company works with a full stack of technologies, including Big Data, Machine Learning, Data Science, Campaign Management and others. Implements projects for building CD and reporting systems, introducing targeted marketing and loyalty systems, developing business applications using machine learning and in-depth analytics, creating reporting solutions based on XBRL (including participating in working groups of the Russian XBRL center).

Over the past fiscal year, Philosophy.IT has significantly increased its BI implementation portfolio. Now in the active phase there are more than 40 projects, which employ more than 500 specialists in Russia and the CIS.

Company plans

According to Mikhail Nelkin, CEO of Philosophia.IT, in 2018-2019. it will continue to actively develop in the IT services market in Russia and the CIS countries. These plans confirm the dynamics of revenue, the expected growth in revenues in 2018 compared to the previous one - at least 20%.
