Biography

Mikhail Eduardovich Oseevsky was born on November 30, 1960 in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg).

1983-1993

1993-2011

In 2003-2011 he worked in the government of St. Petersburg, where he served as vice-governor, headed the administration of the governor of St. Petersburg.

2011-2012

2017: Appointment as President of Rostelecom
