2019: Robotization of operating activities

On March 5, 2019 Corus Consulting Group completed a pilot project on robotizations operating activities St. Petersburg bank. Thanks to to the robot Kofax RPA bank, program on the platform, in the Northwest Russia it was succeeded to reach triple reduction of labor costs on report generation about transactions.

Against the background of strong competition in the financial industry management of St. Petersburg bank aims at system cost reduction and cost of operational functions. This problem is solved by bank including due to implementation of the advanced automation equipment. The Kofax RPA system which provides start of robots for accomplishment of routine tasks of collecting, conversion and data migration became one of the last tools.

System implementation was entrusted a command of Corus Consulting.

Within the project specialists of Corus Consulting started the program robot on process of reconciliation of reports on the made transactions using bank cards of international payment systems of Visa and Mastercard with data of the accounting system of CFT. Daily the robot analyzes more than 70 summary reports for operational division of bank. At mismatch of information a system creates adjusting entries in the core banking system of CFT.

On collecting, processing and aggregation of data at the robot no more than an hour while the employee of the company spent from 3 to 6 working hours for the solution of this task earlier leaves.

Kofax RPA showed the success and economic payback from the very beginning. We managed to exclude completely risk of errors and to provide the guaranteed procedural terms. In plans of bank – to grow up own practice of robotization, including to train in necessary competences of own business users and also to begin operation of the solution more than on 15 processes of the company: from control of terms of receipt of client files and financial monitoring before report generation about accomplishment of KPI and accounting of requests for cash disbursement of money.

Continuous improvement of RPA made robotization of one of the most perspective information technologies which allows to receive fast positive business effect. Robots significantly improve daily routine processes, doing them not irritating and reducing costs of time and resources. For the modern 'smart' companies it is an excellent opportunity to release intellectual resources on the solution of creative tasks and to load the employees with that work which they will perform best of all.

2017: Creation of a communication platform

On October 19, 2017 Corus Consulting Group announced creation of a communication platform for St. Petersburg Bank. The internal portal is developed based on the platform "by 1C-Bitriks24: Enterprise" for more than 3000 employees of the bank in St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Moscow.

Due to active business development and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of interaction in St. Petersburg Bank the decision on transition of the main communication platform to the platform was made. The main selection terms of the platform for bank became: total cost of ownership, an opportunity to quickly change and expand functionality of the portal, to add the innovation services, including services of gamification. Also performance factor was taken into account: at the moment more than 3000 employees can work with the portal at the same time.

St. Petersburg bank (2017)

Completely the platform "to 1C-Bitriks24 conformed to the stated requirements: Enterprise" which was selected for a corporate portal of bank. During the project migration of the existing corporate portal on the 1C-Bitriks24 platform was carried out.

The innovation services, one of which is Bank of gifts, were developed for increase in level of motivation and the involvement of employees into work with a corporate portal. Service represents "internal shop" and allows the best employees to exchange the bonus points charged by it for valuable prizes, to online trace an order status.

During the project of Corus Consulting Group the design according to a brand beech of bank was created. Subportals – information platforms of structural divisions of bank were in addition organized. Within this task in particular personal news feeds, with a possibility of a subscription to updates and adding of comments were configured. The centralized document storage was implemented by means of creation of uniform file storage with flexible configuration of data access, and the structure of the organization and the list of users on the portal were synchronized with data from 1C: Payroll and HR Management and the Active Directory.
