Biography

Kirill Dremach was born in 1974 in Moscow.

Education

1996: MECI

In 1996 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics (in 2015 he was reorganized by joining the G.V. Plekhanov Russian University of Economics) with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

Career

1996: Citibank

In 1996, he began his banking career at CJSC Citibank, having gone from a specialist to the Head of the Information Technology Department, was responsible for the development of the information technology base, automation of business processes and financial management in the field of IT.

2009: Barclays Bank

In 2009, he joined Barclays Bank LLC as Director of the Information Technology Department, in 2010 he was included in the Management Board of the bank.

2011: Absolute Bank IT Director

In 2011-2012 - worked as Director of Information Technology at Absolute Bank.

2012: Return to Citibank

From 2012 to 2016, he worked at Citibank JSC as the Head of Operational Banking Technologies in Central and Eastern Europe, was responsible for the creation, maintenance and development of the bank's high-tech information environment, supervised the development and application of information systems and new banking products.

2016: "OTP Bank"

In November 2016, he joined the team of OTP Bank JSC as Director of the Operational Management Division.

2017: Deputy Chairman of the Board

On November 3, 2017, by decision of the Board of Directors, OTP Bank joined the Management Board and was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, along with Muslim Satybaldiev and Igor Belomyttsev. Previously, all three candidates were agreed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

The responsibility included the development of the IT division, operations, administrative and economic, procurement activities, as well as the coordination of the work of the department to collect overdue debts.

2021: Дом.РФ Operations Director

In January 2021, the Board of Directors of OTP Bank JSC dismissed Kirill Dremach, deputy chairman of the board, member of the board of the bank.

In February 2021, Kirill Dremach was appointed operating director of ДОМ.РФ and Bank ДОМ.РФ. He took charge of the operational unit of the ДОМ.РФ group, including the supervision of the Unified Service Center, back office, as well as the management of strategic and transformational projects.
