Biography
Born in Moscow on February 15, 1986.
In 2009 he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute (GTU MAI), "electronic systems."
In 2012, he graduated with honors from the State University of Management (GUU), "Project Management in Industry, power, Construction."
He passed advanced training at MGIMOMID of the Russian Federation in the direction of project management in the field of PPP, at the Institute of Information Technologies of the FSB of the Russian Federation in the direction of the communication network, at the iT Academy, a PMI course.
On the basis of telecom, the operator has formed an "integrator" approach to the B2B project business. He organized competence centers for "integrated digital solutions" on the basis of the MTS branch network in order to synergize the main telecom business and product areas of the company.
The Department of Digital Solutions implemented the world's first project for digitalization of the mine based on Private LTE technology, implemented a number of other projects for the largest mining and metallurgical enterprises in the industry.
During the period of COVID-growth in the consumption of digital services, he organized the work of the team and provided comprehensive support for the project for the migration of computing infrastructure for the financial industry of the Russian Federation in the amount of 600 racks with a complete modernization of the data center infrastructure.
A number of comprehensive projects have been completed to develop infrastructure and organize services for FMCG projects. During his career in system integrators, he was responsible for the direction of Integrated Security and Automation of objects of various categories of complexity. He developed a set of protective equipment for nuclear power plant facilities, military facilities. He oversaw projects in the direction of Safe and Smart Cities, integrated security projects for the largest refineries in the Russian Federation, participated in the development and implementation of the project of the first Migration Center in the Russian Federation.
In the initial period of his career, he served in state security units and oversaw innovation projects.
