All this data helps you make decisions about adjusting bottlenecks in the production chain and the rational use of equipment.

The monitoring system introduced in the UEC makes it possible to significantly increase the throughput of enterprises, to get a full-fledged picture of what is happening in production. This is possible, among other things, due to the connection to the "Dispatcher" not only CNC machines, but also other equipment and workplaces of assembly teams. Already in April 2023, we can talk about the first results of the implementation of the system: thanks to monitoring, the company reduced ad hoc downtime of equipment by 12% and increased the equipment utilization factor by 40%, "said Vyacheslav Khristolyubov, director of digital transformation at UEC.

The data collected by the system from 14 shops is analyzed and available in real time to all participants in the production process from foremen to the head of the enterprise. In the near future, branches of UEC - enterprises of MKB Horizon, VMZ Salyut and OMO named after P.I. Baranov will also be connected to the system.

As part of the project, for the first time, the "Digital Double of the Workshop" was introduced, which allows you to see the parameters of each connected equipment on the visual 3D plan of the workshop.

The introduction of digital technologies into production processes allows you to increase productivity by 30-40%, use resources more efficiently and fine-tune processes. At the first stage, the system was introduced in workshops with software-controlled machines, but in the near future it will be installed in other production areas, "said Oleg Yevtushenko, executive director of Rostec.
