On March 27, 2019 1C Company reported that the Kartli group completed system implementation "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2". IT Expert + company became the partner in implementation.
The Kartli company continuously develops, increases sales volume, masters the new markets, expands product assortment. For successful implementation of strategic tasks the company management conducts work on creation of the management system based on the principles of project target groups, a matrix organizational structure and continuous improvement of a system of motivation of employees. As a basis for creation of a system the solution "was selected by 1C: Erpupravleniye enterprise 2".
During the project it was required:
- Integrate work of the Russian and foreign divisions of group in one system;
- Provide operational obtaining the corporate reporting, reporting for credit and auditing organizations;
- Optimize purchase management, sales and warehouse stocks, to implement sales planning by brands of products, the organizations and regions, to provide exact calculation of actual cost and profitability of sales;
- Accelerate processing and formation of documents, to reduce paper document flow;
- Accelerate approval of orders, agreements, specifications, payment due dates;
- Strengthen control of settlement with buyers and suppliers.
During the project 120 jobs were automated. It is executed integration 1C: ERP with solutions "1C: Document Flow", "1C: Accounting" and transport Internet service. For March, 2019 in a system all staff of the company works: sales specialists and to logistics accountants financial analysts, warehouse specialists, clerks.
Key results of the project:
- The created system integrated work of the Russian and foreign divisions of the company. All business challenges of group - purchase management, sales, warehouses, finance, security, etc. - are strictly regulated. It simplified and accelerated interaction in holding. The management had an opportunity to control work of branches and representations worldwide - via mobile version of a system. The performing discipline of employees increased.
- Sales management is optimized. Using the created system managers plan sales on the organizations of group and business regions, manage pricing, create forecast prices for products. In real time it is possible to calculate actual cost of each consignment taking into account different criteria: purchase price, cost of transportation, storage and handling works, cost of credit resources and internal costs of the company. The mechanism of calculation of a financial result of sales on the basis of lot-based accounting with automatic calculation of costs for this or that batch is implemented. It allows the company to manage flexibly price policy, to offer customers competitive prices and to support the necessary level of profitability of sales.
- Formation and control of execution of the schedule of purchases is automated. The staff of purchasing department quickly calculates the needs for crediting, plans and considers operations on factoring, controls settlement under agreements. At any time in a system it is possible to output statistics of purchases taking into account volumes, the prices and seasonality of sales. It helps to support necessary inventory quantity in a warehouse and to provide timely purchases of goods under orders of buyers.
- A system is integrated with transport Internet service. It allows quickly and with the minimum costs to manage the goods delivery to buyers. Directly from 1C:ERP it is possible to be connected to service, to pick up motor transport, to issue and check transportation. All information necessary for documentary maintenance and control of delivery of orders to buyers is automatically loaded into a system. Shipment documents, including foreign versions of delivery notes and accounts for Belarus, Kazakhstan and EU countries, form in 1C:ERP automatically, on the configured templates.
- Accurate accounting of the movement of goods in warehouses is organized. In the created system employees of a warehouse register goods acceptance and shipments, create transport orders, calculate the salary of drivers, loaders and storekeepers. At any moment the interested user (the purchasing manager, the specialist of sales department) can obtain up-to-date information about the current remaining balance of products. An opportunity to control the movement of goods in warehouses far off, through mobile application is implemented.
- Calculation of a bonus part of the salary is most automated. When calculating positions of employees, the organizations, structural divisions, wage rates, accomplishment of the sales plan, a sales term, the payment receipt fact from the client, types of clients are considered.
- 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 is integrated with the 1C: Document Flow system. From 1C:ERP data on an organization structure of the company, users, partners, contact persons and other normative and help data quickly come to an electronic document management system. The uniform storage of the entering, outgoing and organizational and administrative documents is created. Quick search and convenient access to electronic versions and the scan copies of documents is provided. Document handling became simpler and accelerated. There was an opportunity to create documents automatically, on the configured templates.
- Processes of approval of documents are tightly regulated. In a system routes and stages of approval for different types of documents and solutions are configured: outgoing correspondence, orders and memos, agreements with suppliers and clients, changes of sales terms (change of number of days of a delay, receivables limits), price deviations, accesses for employees, etc. As a result approval of documents and decision making significantly accelerated. The volume of paper document flow decreased.
- Operational management of working meetings is organized. Time and the venue of the meetings including repeating is registered in a system. All participants receive adequate notices and can get acquainted with meeting materials previously. The made decisions are registered in a system in the form of the protocol, with the subsequent control of execution. It promotes more effective solution of managerial questions and helps to control execution of the issued instructions.
All this helped the enterprise to increase efficiency of trading and purchasing activity. As a result sales volume grew by 35%, the profit of the company increased by 25%.
"1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 system" helped us to organize operational management of wholesale in all enterprises of group, including, registered in the CIS countries and Europe. We automated own business processes, printed forms, reports, integrated a system with the third-party websites and mobile applications. As a result of 1C:ERP it was organically built in a management system for holding. The unity of the managerial procedures regulated by the Quality management system, and automation of these procedures by means of 1C:ERP create that "air" (as oxygen and nitrogen) which the holding "breathes". For March, 2019 continuous works on development and adaptation of a system are also conducted: to improvement of its interface and further automation of tasks of holding".
