Biography

Nikolai Pozhidaev was born on October 7, 1982 in Moscow.

Education

He graduated from the bachelor's degree in Economics and the master's degree in Management from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in 2005 and in 2009 from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a Ph.D. in Economics.

Career

Nikolay has many years of experience in the financial sector - from 2017 until his appointment to MGTS, he served as vice president for finance and investments of one of the largest timber holdings in Russia, Segezha Group (LLC Segezha Group Management Company), until 2017, he worked for five years as financial director of oilfield services holding LLC Targin (former name until 2014 - Bashneft-Service Assets LLC).
