Biography
Andrei Zakharov was born in Astrakhan.
Education
He graduated with honors from Rostov Pedagogical University (Faculty of Philology) and Rostov State University (sociology, political science and psychology), which were later merged into Southern Federal University.
In 2018, he completed an international internship at TIM (Italy), one of the largest telecommunications holdings in the united Europe.
As of September 2019, he studied under the MBA program in the direction of "Personnel Management" at the Moscow Business School.
Career
2017: Working at Nexign
Andrei Zakharov joined the Nexign team (part of ICS Holding) in 2017 as the head of the corporate academy (Nexign Academy), and in early 2019 he headed the human resources department.
2019: ICS Holding HR Director
In September 2019, Andrei Zakharov was appointed HR Director of ICS Holding. He combines this position with the position of HR Director of Nexign, where he has been working for two years. During this period, at Nexign, he created a corporate academy in which employees and clients of the company are trained, built a system for adapting new employees and introduced a number of HR processes aimed at optimizing recruitment, working with an HR brand, and developing a system of compensation and benefits.
We create an ecosystem in which over 6,000 specialists work in various cities of Russia and abroad. ICS Holding includes more than 25 companies with different levels of maturity and different corporate cultures. As noted, for more than 14 years of experience in the HR sphere, Andrei's areas of responsibility included various areas and tasks: management of employee training in, Beeline"" construction and development of the Personnel Management Directorate Zepter of International, formation of regional HR centers and management of a corporate university, Russian Standard"" building and centralization of personnel training and development processes in PJSC, Sberbank"" Management of the Nexign Personnel Management Department.
