2024: Plan of connection to IIoT 600 machines
The United Engine Corporation of Rostec State Corporation will soon connect 600 machines to the industrial Internet of Things. Thus, the total IIoT network of the corporation will number more than 2.5 thousand units of industrial equipment, and by 2026 it is planned to increase it to 4 thousand. The UEC announced this on April 18, 2024.
The large-scale IIoT project of the UEC is being implemented on the basis of the Russian software and hardware complex "Dispatcher" of the company "Zyfra." The monitoring system "Dispatcher" allows you to manage the load of production and identify the causes of downtime, as well as connect the production equipment of enterprises into a single network. In addition, the system serves as a tool for optimizing technical support and repairs and allows you to monitor the efficiency of not only equipment, but also personnel.
By April 2024, eight production sites in different regions were connected to IIoT in the United Engine Corporation, which is more than 2 thousand machines and other production equipment. In 2024, we have already connected 73 pieces of equipment to, and Perm UEC Aircraft engine by the end of the second quarter of 2024, an additional connection of more than 100 machines to is planned. In Samara UEC Kuznetsov, To Ufa on, another 239 UEC-UEPA machines will be brought under the control of the Dispatcher complex, and on - 67 UEC Saturn. Also in 2024, we will connect to the industrial internet of things site - 113 units of production equipment will be connected at the Omsk engine-building plant named after P.I. Baranova, - Vyacheslav Khristolyubov, director for digital transformation of the UEC, shared his plans. |
IIoT networks at the UEC production sites are connected to the central analytical system of the ARM Holding enterprise, thus forming a network throughout the corporation. The project has been implemented in the UEC since 2017, and as of April 2024, 6 industries are already operating with the central BI system, in the future all production enterprises of the corporation will join it. AWS Holding is the main digital tool for supporting management decision-making. With its help, UEC managers receive up-to-date information on the loading and use efficiency of equipment for all production sites, as well as analytics on production throughput and the ability to make forecasts on loading taking into account the tasks of the corporation.
We see a huge potential to increase the efficiency of the entire engineering industry through the introduction of industrial Internet of Things technologies. UEC enterprises have proved that due to continuous monitoring of equipment and advanced analytics, it is possible to increase the production load by up to 40%, minimize unreasonable downtime, switch from scheduled repairs of equipment to operating time maintenance and generally improve all key performance indicators. These are the tasks set within the framework of the Comprehensive Program for the Development of Engine Building industries until 2030, and we are glad that our digital products help in its implementation, while ensuring the import independence of enterprises, - said the General Director of the Tsifa Group of Companies. 2023: Connection of 2 thousand pieces of equipment to IIoT
The United Engine Corporation (part of Rostec State Corporation) has connected more than 2 thousand units of production equipment to the industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) system. The corporation announced this on October 12, 2023. This will allow you to monitor and analyze the operation of machines in real time and increase the efficiency of using existing reserves. Within two years, it is planned to double the number of equipment connected to the IIoT.
The introduction of the industrial Internet of Things at UEC enterprises is implemented on the basis of the Russian software and hardware complex "Dispatcher," developed by the Group of Companies "Zyfra." The first connection of UEC equipment to the monitoring system took place in 2017, as of October 2023 it operates already at 8 enterprises of the corporation.
To fulfill the tasks of the Comprehensive Air Development Program transport industries until 2030, it is necessary to ensure the digitalization of production facilities, ensure their optimal utilization, timely maintenance and safety. The introduction Internet of things allows you to have everything information about machines in real time. For example, at the Salyut production complex To Moscow , the unjustified downtime decreased by 12%, the production load increased by 40%. As of October 2023, 2 thousand pieces of equipment are connected at UEC enterprises, we will connect the same amount in the next two years, "said Vyacheslav Khristolyubov, director of digital transformation at UEC. |
At the Moscow PC "Salyut" UEC, more than 1000 units of key production equipment are connected to the "Dispatcher" complex, more than 500 units are connected to "UEC-Saturn," "UEC-Perm motors" - more than 200. The enterprise system allows you to customize the interface and analytics for each user according to their role and functional responsibilities.
The complex allows you to control the loading of equipment, analyze the causes of downtime, record deviations from the design technological modes and timely notify the responsible production services about this. In addition, the system helps to maintain a healthy technical condition of the equipment, to monitor the efficiency of personnel.
According to our calculations, about 240 thousand units of high-performance equipment machine-building of corporations RUSSIAN FEDERATION are still left without "smart digital supervision." Flexible management of this equipment using a system for monitoring and optimizing its operating modes will significantly increase production efficiency, which means increasing growth rates the Russian industries in general, - said the General Director of the Digital Group of Companies. As of October 2023, UEC is conducting consolidated monitoring and analysis of the load of geographically distributed enterprises. The specialized system "ARM Holding" has already combined 6 production sites in a single window mode. Work is underway to connect all enterprises of the corporation and develop specialized analytics for users.
2020: Implementation of AIS "Dispatcher"
On March 25, 2020, it became known that the domestic development system AIS "Dispatcher" is being introduced at the enterprises of the United Engine Corporation (part of the State Corporation Rostec). The system allows you to obtain comprehensive information about the state of the machine fleet and increase the coefficient of increase in its efficiency by an average of 15%.
The principle of operation of the equipment monitoring system is that each machine automatically transmits data on its work to a single digital system. Machines on computers and other devices equipped with special software receive data on the serviceability and load of equipment, the mode of its operation, which contributes to the prompt elimination of downtime, objective assessment of the quality of operation of machine operators.
{{quote 'author = says Valery Teplov, Production Director of UEC JSC' The introduction of the equipment monitoring system is one of the steps towards digitalization of the production of enterprises of the domestic engine industry, an important element of the implementation of the Industry 4.0 ideology.. ' Its main advantage for the manager is to ensure objective control over production processes, which provides great opportunities for effective management. In the future, after equipping all the holding enterprises with this system, the UEC management will be able to receive timely, reliable and complete information about the work of any holding enterprise, workshop, production site up to a specific machine in real time. This will make it possible to bring the production processes of the UEC to a different level of control, }}
As of March 2020, the system is successfully operating at UEC-Aviadvigatel JSC and UEC-Klimov JSC. Its implementation on an industrial scale is carried out at PJSC UEC-Saturn and at the Salyut Production Complex of UEC JSC. In test mode, AIS "Dispatcher" was launched in JSC "MMP named after V.V. Chernyshev." In 2020, it is planned to begin work on integration into the system of the machine fleet of PJSC UEC-Kuznetsov and JSC UEC-Perm Motors. In total, as of March 2020, several hundred pieces of equipment of various classes are connected to the system.
"AIS" Dispatcher "is a domestic system that uses not only industrial Internet of Things technologies, but also artificial intelligence. With the help of predictive analytics, the system can predict the breakdown of equipment, control the consumption of tools. As of March 2020, more than 50 large industrial holdings, including the UAC, Russian Helicopters, Rosatom, Almaz-Antey concern and many others, are users of the Dispatcher AIS. More than 9,000 machines at 270 Russian enterprises are connected to it, notes the commercial director of the company - developer "Zyfra" Mikhail Aronson
