World market of search systems
"Yandex" came to the fifth place among all world search engines by amount of the processed requests in September, 2011, said in a research of comScore company. For September, 2011 "Yandex" processed over 3 billion search queries from visitors. The Russian search engine managed to rise by two lines at once, having outstripped the largest search portal of South Korea Naver and an online auction of eBay which offers the users search in extensive base of goods. The most popular search engine in the world is Google which processed more than 118 billion requests in September. On the second place - the Chinese service Baidu which processed 11 billion requests. At the third step of Altaba (before Yahoo) - 11 billion requests, the fourfold place at at Microsoft service - 5 billion requests. In the majority of the countries of the world Google is the leader of the search market. The exception is made Russia where the share of "Yandex" makes over 60% and also China and South Korea.
