As it became known in January 2012 by RBC daily, David Yan's company Iiko (promoting the ERP system for the restaurant business) is negotiating with several large investment funds and intends to raise $10 million to enter foreign markets and develop its social loyalty network. This will be the second tranche for the company, which already raised funds in 2007 from Troika Dialog.
