Biography

Education

In 2005 he graduated from Moscow State University of Railways (MSU PS (MIIT)) in the direction of "Software for computer technology and automated systems."

Career

Rinat served as Head of ATM Competencies and Processing at Home Credit Bank for 4 years.

He worked as an IT consultant at the international consulting company Accenture and participated in the development of IT strategies, projects tsifrovoy̆ business transformation, modernization and implementation of new processing solutions for financial sector companies (TOP-30).

From 2012 to 2016, he was Deputy Head of the Project and Implementation Department at Delta-Systems, one of the suppliers of banking equipment and IT solutions for banks.

Since 2016, he has been the Director for Business Development in Russia and the CIS countries of IDC.

2020: Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of Loko-Bank on IT

In order to implement the strategy with a focus on digital development of the bank, changes were made in the composition of the IT management of Loko-Bank.

Rinat Galiyanov was appointed to the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of Loko-Bank, who has more than 12 years of experience in technological consulting in the financial and insurance sector. In this position, he will oversee the IT block of Loko-Bank and the processes of digital transformation of the bank, is responsible for the implementation of the IT strategy 2020-2022 with the transfer of business units to work within the framework of the product approach, as well as for the development of the card business. As TAdviser was specified in Loko-Bank, earlier the post of Advisor to the Chairman of the IT Board did not exist in the bank, Rinat Galiyanov became the first to occupy it.

Andrei Savoskin was appointed to the position of Chief information officer, who replaced Roman Yakovlev, who left his post in April 2020.
