2020: New structure of Board of Directors Russian Post
At the beginning of December, 2020 the Government of the Russian Federation approved the updated structure of Board of Directors of Russian Post. It was headed by the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin.

- Deputy Minister of Finance Alexey Moiseyev;
- head of VTB Andrey Kostin;
- chairman of labor union of workers of communication Anatoly Nazeykin;
- head of Russian Post Maxim Akimov;
- chairman of the board of Eurasian Bank of Russia Nikolay Podguzov.
In council the vice-president of the Federation Council Nikolay Zhuravlev and the head of the State Duma Committee on information policy Alexander Khinshtein are also appointed. Nikolay Podguzov and Alexey Kostin are appointed independent directors.
All board members are appointed for a period of 5 years. At the same time the Board of Directors was left by Nikolai Nikiforov and Konstantin Noskov who (at different times) directed earlier the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications (nowadays – Mintsifra).
