The project manager of Softline Cloud Services, whose main goals are to actively promote and sell Solutions SaaS to end users in Russia, the CIS and non-CIS countries.

As of February 14, 2014, Sergey Borovikov works as the head of the cloud technology department of Softline.

2024: Membership on the Board of Directors of Softline

On October 24, 2024, PJSC Softline approved a list of candidates for the election of the company's board of directors. It will include Sergei Borovikov, the son of Igor Borovikov, the founder of the international group Softline, from which Russian business was allocated in the summer of 2022.

Sergey Borovikov is a beneficiary of O: Labs LLC, which specializes in software development. Sergey joined Softline in 2003, and in 2010 he headed the cloud division of Softline Cloud Services. Under the leadership of Sergey, the Softline Cloud solution was developed and launched.

In addition to Sergei Borovikov, the updated board of directors of PJSC Softline will include its current members. Among them are independent directors Andrei Grunin and Alexey Tarasov, former president of VimpelCom Rashid Ismailov (heads the board of directors of Softline, an independent member of the board), general director of Softline Russia Vladimir Lavrov, chief financial officer of Softline Artem Tarakanov, president of Borlas Group of Companies (subsidiary of Softline) Alexey Ananyin, Director of Innovative Projects, Development Bureau LLC (subsidiary of Softline) Svetlana Ilyicheva and Vice President for Investments of CJSC Softline Settlement Elena Volotovskaya.

As part of updating the composition of the council, it is proposed to determine Vladimir Lavrov as the general director of PJSC Softline. At the same time, Vladimir Razuvaev left the board of directors of his own free will.^[1]
