Project Description
The group of companies Simple is one of the leading players import of wine, strong spirits in both non-alcoholic, drinks in Russia national distributor and retailer with its own dynamically developing chain of wineries SimpleWine. The company's portfolio includes more than 4,000 wines from 45 countries, a unique collection of strong spirits brands in each significant category: mineral water and natural, juice professional glass and accessories. For more than 25 years, Simple has been introducing residents Russia to the world's enogastronomic culture and developing educational projects. The group of companies also includes retail business SimpleWine (wineries and online SimpleWine.ru showcase), Grand Cru and Simp/e wine restaurants, Simple Media media group and Enotria wine school.
Previously, the company used an accounting system that required large support costs, its development was difficult.
Simple Group management decided to launch a new information system that allows you to implement the following tasks:
- Functionality support:
- Marketing activities;
- Full exchange with loyalty system;
- Business requests (sale of tickets for events, control of inventory turnover, etc.);
- Improving the quality of customer service;
- Reduction in the relative cost of supporting one facility (wineries);
- Reduction of costs (financial and human) for maintaining commodity accounting;
- Using more flexible integration mechanisms and internal settings;
- Obtaining technical capabilities for scaling systems taking into account the constant growth of wine flows;
- Gain the ability to customize and maintain tools that are important for internal control;
- Avoiding manual iterations and the human factor, which cannot be automated on the current software and which lead to malfunctions in its operation;
- Cancellation of labeling operation for alcoholic products;
- Setting up an exchange between the account and cash system, which will ensure the relevance of the data;
- Rejection of the closed architecture of the previous cash system, which does not allow changes to the program for company processes, refusal of manual operations and additional control.
To solve the tasks, the software product "1C:Enterprise 8" was chosen as the basis for building a new information system . ERP Enterprise Management 2. "
The contractor of the project invited 1C-Rarus as a highly professional and reliable partner with extensive experience in automating accounting systems, having a certificate on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
The introduction of the software product in the 4th quarter of 2020 made it possible to automate accounting tasks such as:
- Accounting of funds;
- Labeling of products, sets of products;
- Settlements with customers,
- Retail; trade
- Inventory;
- Calculation of the standard cost of orders;
- Connection of sales equipment;
- Supplier Relationship Management.
"1C-Papyc" specialists performed the following works:
- Methodical support and technical implementation of specific accounting and control features in the automation system: a typical configuration is configured according to the accounting features in the Company;
- Connection of specialized equipment and adaptation of equipment software according to the Customer's requirements;
- Integration with other 1C: Enterprise-based systems and integration with third-party automation systems;
- Personnel training conducted.
As a result, a product has been implemented on the latest version of the platform, then the business can customize its processes. Optimization of processes in alcohol accounting was performed: the trust acceptance and lack of the process of labeling goods were revised.
