2022: Test Contact launches serial production of foreign device analogue

The resident of the metropolitan special economic zone (SEZ) "Test-Contact" has established mass production of devices that will replace imported analogues during electronics tests. The company will be able to produce up to 30 thousand units in a year. This was announced on April 04, 2022, the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The resident of the microelectronics and optics cluster of the special economic zone "Test-Contact" is developing solutions for testing the electronic component base, as well as producing an analogue of foreign devices that help connect microcircuits to measuring equipment. At the beginning of April 2022, the company debugged their serial production and is ready to make up to 30 thousand contacting devices per year. The company has already invested more than 25 million rubles in its project in the SEZ, said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The full production cycle "Test-Contact" in the SEZ of Moscow allows you to briefly develop and transfer to the consumer finished products for testing chips, modules, printed circuit boards, finished devices. Thanks to various production technologies - casting high-tech polymers under pressure, milling and turning - high quality is achieved at a competitive price with imported analogues. Test-Contact "since 2019 is a resident of the SEZ" Technopolis' Moscow '. " During this time, the company manufactured and handed over to customers more than  25 thousand units of products.

At the moment, Test Contact is developing and producing over 700 types of products. They are bought and used by companies from Russia, Belarus and Armenia. More than 100 domestic microelectronics enterprises widely use Test-Contact products when testing a special-purpose electronic component base. Among them are other residents of the SEZ, for example, NIIME and SPC, which makes the company an example of effective industrial cooperation, noted the general director of the SEZ "Technopolis' Moscow '" Gennady Dogtev.

The company "Test-Contact" is engaged in the development, manufacture and implementation of specialized test equipment for testing a highly reliable element component base. The range of products includes not only contacting devices, but also carrier satellites - products that protect microcircuits from damage when they are tested and moved. The company has patents for the main solutions used in the development of new types of contact devices and test equipment.

2021: Production Plans

The resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolice Moscow, the Test-Contact company, will begin production of contacting devices by the end of 2021. These high-tech components are used in installations for testing chips, Technopolice said on May 17, 2021, according to the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the capital, Alexander Prokhorov.

These contacting devices for microelectronics were developed in 2019 and passed all test tests. Unlike foreign analogues, Moscow products can work in a wide range of temperatures - from minus 60 to plus 170 degrees Celsius. This was made possible by the use of modern high-temperature polymers.

As of May 2021, domestic companies producing civil and defense microcircuits mainly use foreign contacting devices and carrier satellites. The volume of imports of these products is estimated at more than 200 million rubles. Test-Contact has developed and launched a series of in-house contact devices with improved performance relative to imported analogues. The annual production volume is planned in the amount of 30 thousand units, which will allow the company to become the main supplier of these products on the Russian market, "said Alexander Prokhorov.

Contacting devices will be fully assembled on the territory of the special economic zone of the capital, said Gennady Dogtev, general director of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ .

The first customers of these products were the resident companies of the microelectronics cluster of the Technopolice Moscow SEZ - Mikron PJSC, Soyuz DC, ELVIS NPC and Angstrom, Gennady Degtev added.
