Innotec manages markings with Utrace solutions

On Utrace May 20, 2021, the developer of solutions for the serialization of goods, announced a project for to marking of products the pharmaceutical company "" Innotek in. Russia The company's specialists IT introduced cloudy an L4 level system in Innotek to Utrace Hub help comprehensively manage the marking process, and - a Utrace Proxy service for managing Data Matrix codes, obtaining cryptocodes and distributing them to production sites. Both solutions have already been put into practice and are effectively used by the Innotek team.

Innotek had two tasks:

• implement a labelling project to comply with the requirements of the legislation on sending messages to the MDLP IP on product movements;
• implement a solution that allows production sites to receive cryptocodes from CPS (order management station).

Thanks to a joint project with Utrace, these tasks were solved.

The commissioning of the systems by the Utrace and Innotek teams was divided into two stages. The first wave of the project was aimed at circulating labeled products produced in France: the Utrace Proxy service allows production sites to quickly obtain cryptographic codes generated by the emission registrar in the Russian Federation. During the second wave, IT specialists worked on the process of customs processing and the movement of goods in Russia. Here, the Utrace Hub system plays an important role: it integrates with the MDLP IS, supports all processes in accordance with the requirements of the regulator, validates all the data that the pharmaceutical company sends for correctness and integrity.

After the implementation of both systems, Utrace specialists integrated them with two solutions: NC Pharm - 3PL operator, and the global Track & Trace system Rockwell.

The Utrace Hub system has been tested and put into commercial operation. A full cycle of operations was carried out from the order of codes and their transfer to production, the import of goods into the Russian Federation, customs processing and transfer to a pharmacy warehouse before shipment to the client. Utrace responds quickly to our requests and provides support, ensuring uninterrupted and stable data exchange with CPS and MLDL IE.
