Innotec manages marking with Utrace solutions

2021: Organisation of labelling of goods

Utrace, developer of solutions for serialization of goods, May 20, 2021 announced a project for product labeling the pharmaceutical company "." The Innotek Russia specialists of the IT company introduced cloudy a level L4 system in Innotek, Utrace Hub which helps to comprehensively manage the labeling process, and a Utrace Proxy service for managing Data Matrix codes, obtaining crypto codes and distributing them to production sites. Both solutions have already been put into practice and are effectively used by the Innotek team.

Innotek faced two tasks:

• implement a labeling project to comply with the requirements of the legislation on sending messages to the IS MDLP on the movement of products;
• implement a solution that allows production sites to receive crypto codes from CPS (order management station).

Thanks to a joint project with Utrace, these tasks were solved.

The Utrace and Innotek teams were divided into two stages. The first wave of the project was aimed at circulation of labeled products produced in France: the Utrace Proxy service allows production sites to quickly obtain cryptographic codes generated by the issue registrar in the Russian Federation. During the second wave, IT specialists worked on the process of customs processing and the movement of goods in Russia. The Utrace Hub system plays an important role here: it integrates with the IE of the MDLP, supports all processes in accordance with the requirements of the regulator, validates all data sent by the pharmaceutical company for correctness and integrity.

After the implementation of both systems, Utrace specialists integrated them with two solutions: NC Pharm - 3PL operator, and global Track & Trace Rockwell system.

The Utrace Hub system has been tested and put into commercial operation. A full cycle of operations was carried out from ordering codes and their transfer to production, import of goods into the Russian Federation, customs processing and transfer to a pharmacy warehouse before shipment to the client. Utrace responds quickly to our requests and provides support, ensuring uninterrupted and stable data exchange with CPS and IE MDLP.
