In the period from July 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade conducts an experiment on labeling certain types of groceries. As part of voluntary participation in the experiment, manufacturers, importers and sellers of such goods were invited.

EPCIS-format information messages simultaneously broadcast the full traceability chain of goods to be serialized in NHRA-MVC. The data package includes a message about the use of marking codes, data about the aggregation of primary packages into transport, as well as information about shipment to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Encryption and signing of documents is carried out through the use of the AS2 exchange protocol, which provides synchronous data transfer in real time with immediate delivery messages.

One of the key innovations in Utrace HUB is the ability to work in parallel in one system of several legal entities with the distinction of access rights. Each legal entity sees only its own processes and reports in the system according to the setup for items and events, as well as the balance of funds on the account for each marketing authorization holder. A large pharmaceutical company with several structural divisions can quickly deploy a single ecosystem for managing product labeling.

Also, Utrace HUB has expanded the functionality for working with messages for FGIS MDLP. Now you can manually edit the date of dissolution of tertiary (transport) packaging, as well as information about the shipment of medicines to the owner, if incorrect data comes from external systems . The tool for intelligent processing of messages about warehouse transactions coming from 3PL operators has appeared. It allows you to sort and organize data on many parallel processes in warehouses, organize reports in chronological order and send them to the FSIS MDLP in the correct sequence. If only the final aggregation result is received from the warehouse system, the Utrace HUB analyzes the result and breaks it down into finished reports in the MDLP. Thanks to this, all reports will be successfully processed and accepted by the state information system, regardless of how many operations were carried out with the drug product.

Batch history helps you track shipments of batches. For example, if the delivery is divided into several shipments, it is difficult to track the entire batch during the stages of acceptance, customs clearance and putaway. In the Utrace HUB, the user can see the whole picture. Dashboard "Events 415" shows information on all shipments, allows you to instantly identify inaccuracies in reports and check whether this or that shipment is accepted by a business partner.
