2021: Company Formation

On May 24, 2021, AyTeko announced the creation of RASSE-Innovations. The main activities of this business unit as part of the AyTeko group of companies include the creation of software platforms and development tools based on innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

As of May "RASSE-Innovatsii" conducts development of the platform of management IT инфраструктуройCIO Framework. The project involves implementing new approaches to solving problems associated with lagging the corporate IT architecture from the requirements of the business, the need to have a comprehensive picture of the tasks of managing IT assets, as well as guarantee protection against the threats of the IB that arise during the growth of the IT infrastructure. Following the presentation of the project at Skolkovo, RASSE-Innovations received resident status.

The concept of product development involves the introduction of the CIO Framework in companies with a developed IT infrastructure from the financial sector, industry, fuel and energy complex, retail, and the public sector.

When implementing the CIO Framework, IT management will receive a set of tools that meet the requirements for the efficiency of integrated management and development of IT architecture:

• digital dual enterprise IT infrastructure,
• IT Health Analysis and Predictive Variance Analytics
• machine learning decision support system,
• information and industrial safety management system,
• and portal managements of knowledge others.

It is assumed that the use of these tools will ensure the continuity of the digital transformation of the enterprise, full protection against cyber threats and the necessary level of industrial safety, making informed decisions on changes in the investment and operational model of IT management.
