Post announced a tender for the purchase of over one hundred thousand memory modules and SSD drives on December 30, 2021 in the auction format. Components were required by the company to modernize the automated workstations of employees in the company's branches, it follows from the documents.
The winner of the auction avoided signing a contract for the supply of devices. After that, the Post was going to sign an agreement with the participant who took second place at the auction. However, he also wrote a written refusal to sign the documents.

According to the protocol of consideration of the first parts of the bids, 13 unnamed companies took part in the auction. The winner at the end of February 2022 was recognized by the IT company Intehpro. According to the tender documents, she sent the customer a protocol of disagreements under the contract. Russian Post sent a response and a draft agreement to the participant, which was never signed by Intehpro.
After evading the signing of the contract, the winner was recognized as the participant who took second place at the auction - the Yaroslavl company Sky Ai Ti. As mentioned above, she provided the Russian Post with a written refusal to conclude an agreement, follows from the documents of[1].
