2022: Digitalization of business processes based on Directum RX system

On June 14, 2022, Directum announced that 51 enterprises of the oil and gas company of the Republic of Kazakhstan KazMunayGas use the intelligent business process and document management system Directum RX to interact both within the holding and with regulatory organizations and government agencies.

The system implementation project covered 17 thousand users and 51 enterprises. The contractor was Insar Consulting.

As a result of the project, the holding digitalized 7 key processes:

• Manage internal, incoming, and outgoing correspondence
• Sending and processing requests
• issuance and control of orders;
• management of orders and orders;
• monitoring of performance of structural subdivisions indicators;
• preparation, approval and control of the execution of minutes of meetings;
• audit of the integrated management system.

To reduce the labor intensity of employees to perform routine data entry operations, Directum Ario intelligent services are used in KazMunaiGaz. The peculiarity of the project is that AI services recognize incoming letters in three languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.

Ordinary employees and management of the company use mobile applications Directum Solo and Directum Jazz - corporate information is available to them from anywhere in isolation from the workplace in the office.

For KazMunayGas, an individual methodology for replicating the system was developed, which guarantees compliance with unified technologies and unifies business processes. With its help, subsidiaries can quickly connect and adapt the Directum RX system to their requirements.

The company continues to increase the convenience of working in the system - they build cross-system processes and optimize already digitalized procedures.
