PUSSYCATS logistician In, he selected applications for transportation and sorted them by district, for each separately appointed. car With this approach, part of the applications transport or could remain not planned. After the delivery was completed, upon a message from the driver about the delivered cargo, the transportation was completed at the CIS. The size of the premium part for wages drivers was calculated manually by the number of delivery points.

To automate the transfer of transport requests from the CIS and set up data exchange between all systems used in the company, the implemented TMS was integrated into a single information loop, which was created using DATAREON MQ during the warehouse logistics automation project. As a result, it included the corporate information system, AXELOT WMS X5 and AXELOT TMS X4.

The requisitions are now generated automatically in the TMS, based on the data from the CIS. At the processing stage, the logist checks the correctness of filling out applications and confirms the addresses. Flights are planned in a special workplace "Flight Planning," with the help of which the logist either independently distributes them to all available transport, or uses flight auto-planning. After that, waybills are drawn up.

Due to integration with WMS, TMS displays information when orders are ready for shipment, after which the logist sends the flight to be completed. Drivers operate flights using a mobile client. With its help, information about the route points traveled is transmitted to the TMS, so that the logician monitors the flight execution. Data on the development of each driver is available in the TMS system, so now the motivation of drivers is based on automatic calculation, and the management of the EXZAP management can independently choose the indicators that need to be taken into account. Also, in the system in detail, available information about each vehicle, about the costs of repairing and maintaining cars.

As a result of the project, all accounting for its own fleet was transferred to AXELOT TMS X4, due to this, time costs for planning flights were reduced, information on the status and schedule of each car was available in real time, the dispatcher had a complete picture of how the driver goes through the flight.
