2022: Implementation of T1 EasyTax

Post Bank joined the tax monitoring system and automated interaction with the Federal Tax Service (FTS), introducing a domestic solution T1 EasyTax. This was announced by the T1 Group on January 19, 2023.

The transition to direct online interaction with the tax department allows you to speed up the exchange of data, reduce costs and indicates an increase in the level of technological development of the business.

The T1 EasyTax solution implemented in the Post Bank is a data store with the possibility of direct connection to AIS Tax-3, which is a mandatory condition for being in tax monitoring from 2024. EasyTax T1 allows department specialists to gain access to the organization's accounting and tax records, and business to become more open to the Federal Tax Service.

At the start of the project, T1 EasyTax specialists, together with colleagues from the audit and consulting company Technologies of Trust (TeDo), analyzed the current tax processes in the bank, tested the readiness of the company's IT infrastructure to implement this solution. Its architecture was designed to take into account the complex IT landscape of a financial institution and contains tools to optimize many processes. Colleagues from TeDo also carried out a set of works to prepare the bank for tax monitoring, taking into account the banking specifics of its activities, the peculiarities of the IT landscape and the organization of the internal control system.

In July 2022, T1 EasyTax entered the Unified Register of Domestic Software, which is especially important for companies with state participation.

Connecting to the tax monitoring system is another important step towards digitalization and automation of the bank's processes and technologies. The project was not easy, given the scale and complexity of the bank's IT infrastructure, but the project team coped with the task and performed the work professionally and efficiently. Cooperation with T1 is an excellent example of partnerships and joining forces, "said Ivan Karpov, Vice President, Information Technology Director of Post Bank.

Since the beginning of 2022, more than 100 companies have already joined the tax monitoring. The system is constantly developing, and for large taxpayers this is becoming an increasingly priority task, ensuring an open dialogue with the Federal Tax Service. We, realizing this need, have formed the T1 EasyTax solution as universal as possible, but when implemented, we always try to maintain the specifics of the business. Case Post Bank is one of the most interesting, since the work was done in a short time, despite the fact that the amount of bank data is very large, "said Raymond Issako, Product Director of T1 EasyTax.
