Biography

Born on September 18, 1965 in the city of Uzhgorod, Transcarpathian region of the Ukrainian SSR.

In 1988 he graduated from the Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute. V.D. Kalmykova with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
