As of April 2023, Robotech produces industrial robots and, 3D printers as well as designs, implements and maintains robotic complexes throughout. Russia Complex solutions offered to enterprises by specialists - Perm IT companies are built on the basis of own robots and units of leading Russian manufacturers. The company has already integrated welding positioners and tilters with a carrying capacity of up to 20 tons, automated sheet metal storage systems, a robotic system for making ceramic molds at the foundry, an automated complex for packing and packaging expanded clay and many others.

2024: Revenue growth by 44% to RUB 383.83 million
In 2024, Robotech (Robotech LLC), specializing in the development and implementation of high-performance automated equipment for enterprises in various industries, received revenues of 383.83 million rubles. This is 44.3% more compared to 2023, when the figure was 265.98 million rubles. The results of the activity are presented in the financial statements, which TAdviser got acquainted with in mid-April 2025.
The cost of sales for the year increased by 29.9% - from 156.83 million rubles to 203.7 million rubles. Management expenses rose by 167.7%, amounting to 94.64 million rubles in 2024 against 35.35 million rubles a year earlier. At the same time, commercial expenses decreased by 98.7% - from 2.11 million rubles to 27 thousand rubles. Accounts receivable for the year decreased by a quarter - from 92.34 million rubles to 69.46 million rubles. Accounts payable decreased by 34.8%, reaching 49.72 million rubles against 76.27 million rubles in 2023.
Robotech's annual gross profit jumped 65% from 109.15 million rubles to 180.14 million rubles. Profit from sales increased by 19.2%, reaching 85.47 million rubles against 71.7 million rubles in 2023. Profit before tax and net profit were registered at 101.72 million rubles, which is 50.8% more than in 2023, when these values were 67.44 million rubles.
Revenues from sales of products, goods, works and services in 2024 amounted to 379.97 million rubles - plus 88.4% compared to the previous year (201.69 million rubles). Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services jumped by 133.2% - from 102.29 million rubles to 238.59 million rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of employees increased from 67.27 million rubles to 126.57 million rubles.[1]
2023: Annual revenue growth by 405% to RUR 266 mln
According to the results of 2023, a large Russian manufacturer of industrial robots Robotech earned almost 266 million rubles in revenue, which is 406% more than a year earlier, when the company's sales were measured at 52.7 million rubles. The company's net profit also increased significantly - from 5.4 million to 67.4 million rubles. This is evidenced by the data of the Kontur. It follows from these materials that the accounts payable of Robotech LLC in 2023 amounted to 76.3 million rubles against 64.6 million rubles a year earlier. The volume of long-term borrowed funds decreased from 15 million to 10 million rubles, and capital and reserves reached almost 72 million rubles.
Perm LLC Robotech was created in 2019 and is engaged in the development and production of industrial robots. They can do a variety of jobs. This is welding, forging, assembly, labeling and sorting of parts. The company also produces 3D printers. At the end of 2023, 100% of the company's shares were bought by Evgeny Poshvin, vice president of Novomet Group of Companies.
In 2023, Robotech implemented several large projects to equip enterprises with industrial robots. Among them is a project to robotize veneer detection processes at the Sveza birch plywood plant in the village of Uralsky. The high-tech complex includes an industrial robot Robotech RP65 and a vision system with its own software in the C Sharp programming language using standard recognition algorithms and deep learning algorithms using models of neural networks object detection and classifier.

Start-up of own foundry
A new Robotech foundry has been launched. A modern workshop was commissioned, equipped with advanced equipment for the production of high-precision metal castings. Robotech writes about this in October 2025 on its website. The production in strict accordance with GOST operates according to two main technologies - LVM and Binder Jetting. The company assures that the launch of the foundry is ready to produce parts of any complexity and stable quality.[2]
FRP provided Robotech with a loan of ₽41,6 million for the production of industrial 3D printers
The Industrial Development Fund has allocated a preferential loan of ₽41,6 million to Robotech to create the production of industrial 3D printers and robotic cells in Perm. The Regional Industrial Development Fund of the Perm Territory will additionally allocate ₽4,6 million for the implementation of the project. The funding agreement was signed in July 2025.
According to the press service of the Industrial Development Fund, the documents were signed by the director of the federal FRP Roman Petrutsa, the director of the RFRP of the Perm Territory Dmitry Pokhorin and the general director of Robotekh Denis Khudyakov. The total project budget is ₽58,6 million. Robotech is a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation and specializes in the development of automated equipment for industry.
FRP Director Roman Petrutsa noted that the development of modern industry is inextricably linked with the processes of automation and digitalization of production. According to him, the fund is happy to finance relatively young companies with small, but technological and important projects for the region's economy.
The Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin stressed that more and more small technology companies are participating in obtaining preferential loans. He set a goal to increase the number of such companies by 2030 by 2 times, and their total revenue by 7 times. Makhonin said that the technological sovereignty of the country depends on the growth of such enterprises.
Denis Khudyakov, General Director of Robotekh, expressed gratitude to the Industrial Development Fund and the Government of the Perm Territory for the strategic and financial support of the project. He called it investments in the formation of a new technological architecture of the Russian industry.[3]
2024: Voskhod venture fund bought a stake in Robotech
The Perm company Robotech, specializing in the production of industrial robots, in early December 2024 attracted investments from the Voskhod venture fund to develop production and technologies.
According to Kommersant, the funds raised will be used to conduct research, develop new developments and improve the company's existing technologies. The financing will also support the implementation of a priority investment project to expand production capacity.
The venture capital fund Rising"," created by the company Interros"" in 2021, manages assets of ₽18 billion and includes more than 20 technology companies. In June 2023, the general director acquired 80% of the fund's shares, and the Ruslan Sarkisov remaining 20% was shared by entrepreneurs Konstantin Gibalo and Arthur Martirosov.
LLC "Robotech," founded in 2019 by the former vice-president of the GC Novomet"" Evgeny Poshvin, produces four models of industrial multifunctional robots and three models of 3D printers for the metallurgical industry. In 2023, the company's revenue amounted to ₽265,9 million, and net profit reached ₽67,4 million.
Promobot co-founder Oleg Kivokurtsev noted that industrial robotics has become one of the key state priorities, and Robotekh's developments are aimed at solving productivity problems and personnel shortages in the regions.
Robotech is implementing a project to create a competence center for the development and production of high-tech equipment with investments of ₽216 million. In the Sverdlovsk region of Perm, it is planned to build a production building with an area of 3 thousand square meters. m for the production of robotic manipulators and automated equipment.
Evgeny Protopopov, General Director of the GUN Group, believes that attracting federal investments in regional technology companies helps reduce the dependence of Russian production on imported components.[4]
