In a never-ending stream of information from different sources, it is important not to lose the information you need to work. At the same time, each user needs personalized information, knowledge only on the topic of interest to him or related to his professional activities. Therefore, to effectively use knowledge and their targeted distribution, various lists of subscribers by category are required.

In the cross-product platform Digital Q.Knowledge, knowledge is stored in the form of articles that can be created by employees of the organization or downloaded from external sources.

The platform allows:

  • Automatically assign categories to articles that are important to your organization. For example, changes in legislation, specialized business areas of employees, etc. Logical relationships are defined between relevant knowledge, even if they belong to different categories. This allows users to get more complete information in the subject area of interest to them.
  • Determine users who will benefit from knowledge of a particular category based on previously recorded activity: what materials the user has already studied, what competencies he has.
  • Generate article mailing for a specific set of recipients. Interested parties can gain knowledge in various ways: by e-mail, in a mobile application, browser, a separate customer telegram channel, or other digital channels.
  • The information is automatically uploaded from the specified sources in the form of articles and transferred to a single repository in a structured form. Based on the content, the article is automatically assigned one or more categories according to the corresponding algorithm for each category. A list of subscribers is maintained for each category of articles. As a result, the user gains knowledge tailored to his interests and needs. Since all articles remain in the repository, the user can always return to archived information using a search of various parameters.

In addition, if the source of information is not trusted, it is possible to manually check and correct this information before sending it to recipients. The article processing logic can be adapted to the required data format, for this purpose there is a visual configuration of business processes and reference books in the platform.

The Digital Q.Knowledge platform can be delivered not only with Diasoft products, but also as a separate solution.
