2023: Creation of an information system for centralized personnel accounting and payroll
1C-Rarus has completed a project to create an information system for centralized personnel accounting and payroll in the Stenmix Holding Limited Group of Companies. As a result, labor costs for the preparation of regulated reporting and payroll have been reduced, the productivity of the HR service has increased, and internal corporate services have been improved. This was announced on June 20, 2023 by the 1C-Rarus company.
The holding company Stenmix Holding Limited manages the projects. The producer gold Highland Gold Mining Group's assets include exploration, gold mining development and exploration projects.

The holding regularly acquires geographically remote assets. Before the project, each asset kept personnel records and payroll in its system. There was a high labor intensity of integration and consolidation of data of other departments, the cost of owning information systems increased. Project results:
- A unified methodology for calculating wages in group assets has been developed. Centralized personnel accounting is maintained in one database.
- Automated generation of regulated reporting. Reduced labor costs for reporting and payroll for each asset, and for the holding as a whole.
- Integration with the recruiting system has been implemented. As a result, the productivity of the holding's HR service has been increased.
- The use of internal corporate services has been simplified. The mechanism for obtaining information by employees through the chatbot system (mobile web application) has been implemented.
- Integration with the occupational health and safety information system was carried out, and the size of employees' overalls was taken into account.
- The quality of the holding's information data for personnel decision-making has been improved. Current data can be obtained by group of companies and each asset, regardless of the location of the employee or the time of use of the information system.
- The industry specifics of the extractive industry are taken into account. The functionality of calculating the remuneration of employees working on a rotational basis was developed, including the calculation of the duration of additional leave.
