2023: Agrocomplex named after Tkachev bought LLC named after Angeliev

Agrocomplex named after N.I.Tkevva, one of the largest agricultural holdings in Russia, became the owner of the company named after Angelyev for the cultivation of grain crops. Data on this on June 23, 2023 appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities).

LLC named after Angelyev in the Salsky district of the Rostov region, as reported by Interfax, is a small enterprise with an authorized capital of 31 thousand rubles. At the end of 2022, the company demonstrated a net loss of 84.3 million rubles against 56.5 million rubles in profit in 2021. At the same time, revenue on an annualized basis decreased 2.3 times - to 196 million rubles. The company is engaged in the cultivation of leguminous crops, as well as seeds of oilseeds, table root crops and tuberous crops with a high content of starch or inulin.

"Agrocomplex named after N.I.Tkevva," owned by the family of the ex-head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev, unites 30 agricultural enterprises in the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov Region. Key areas of activity - animal husbandry, crop production, processing of agricultural products, food production, retail trade.

The acquisition of an unprofitable grain growing enterprise will allow Agrocomplex named after N.I.Tkevva to expand its presence in the Rostov region. Former owners of LLC named after Angelyev were the director of the company Andrei Rybalkin and Tamara Sokolova. At the same time, according to data of the USRLE, Rybalkin remains the director of the enterprise. There is no information about the amount of the transaction.

Interfax also notes that Agrocomplex named after N.I.Tkevva is one of the largest owners of agricultural land in Russia. In 2022, the company closed a number of transactions for the purchase of agricultural assets in the south of the country - for a total amount of approximately 0.6 billion rubles.[1]
