2023: Implementation of the "CMD-Soft: WordMerger" solution with the Agreement Tool

PIK has acquired an updated version of the CMD-Soft: WordMerger solution with the Agreement Tool, which simplifies the work with legal documents. PIK Sales Department has been using the CMD-Soft solution in contractual work with customers since 2018. This news was reported on June 27, 2023 by CMD-Soft.

The current version of the print form designer (CPF) "CMD-Soft: WordMerger" contains the Agreement Tool, a graphic tool specially designed for the design and subsequent flow formation of legal documents, such as contracts or additional agreements. The Agreement Tool greatly simplifies the process of marking and configuring documents with complex hierarchical lists.

The graphical tool, in addition to the ability to put merge fields without using office packages, contains convenient mechanisms. Which, in particular, provide the versionality of individual document parameters, as well as the ability to compare versions, tag paragraphs for quick search, integrate with other systems to carry out the process of the "life" cycle of the document after formation.

We have been using the CMD-Soft: WordMerger layout designer for five years. At our request, CMD-Soft specialists added the ability to generate QR codes to identify the output, commented on the CRM expert of PIK SZ PJSC Sergey Ovanesov.

Developed by JSC "CMD-Soft" designer of print forms (included in the Register of Russian software under No. 17793) allows you to create ready-to-print and signature output documents of arbitrary complexity in DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PDF, XPS, HTML formats based on document templates.

The solution extends the functionality of Turbo X, BPMSoft, ELMA365, Dynamics 365, Creatio, SAP Business One, and can also be adapted to work with any other SQL-compatible platform.
