2023: Fine of 1 million rubles for LGBT demonstration

On July 12, 2023, the Basmanny Court of Moscow fined Fonbet TV 1 million rubles for demonstrating LGBT content among minors. The owner of the TNT Music TV channel was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Administrative Code ("Dissemination among minors of information demonstrating unconventional sexual relations and (or) preferences or capable of causing minors to want to change gender").

According to TASS, the protocol on Fonbet TV was drawn up due to the lack of "18 +" marking on the video of Summer Really Hurt Us by singer Alma. It showcases the kiss of two girls.
