2023: Implementation of AI platform for customer communication CraftTalk

CraftTalk and the Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute named after M.F. Vladimirsky (GBUZ MO MONICA) begin joint work on the construction of a communication platform for patients and doctors as part of the strategic task of improving public health. This was announced on August 1, 2023 by CraftTalk.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to build a medical platform that ensures not only the communication of the patient and the doctor, but also the responsible role of the patient himself or his representatives in the control of the disease. As a result of the implementation of this platform for the clinic, it will be possible to more effectively use the patient database, plan hospitalizations and outpatient appointments, the resources necessary to ensure treatment and diagnosis, as well as analyze the activities of the medical organization and increase the efficiency of performance. The platform will provide patients with the creation of an individual schedule of treatment and examination with notifications of its implementation, timely communication with a doctor and telemedicine consultations, control and correction of treatment, and will also allow them to undergo training in school programs for patients with various diseases using educational video materials. In addition, medical professionals and patients using this platform will be able to participate in short surveys of various directions, the results of which will allow them to flexibly adjust the parameters of the platform on the one hand and conduct sociological medical research on the other.

Such a platform will help doctors not only be closer to the patient in a convenient mode for everyone, but automatically form and analyze statistical analytical and materials for medical scientific and activities, form medical bases, data an individual roadmap and a diary of disease control by the patient and doctor.

Digitalization of healthcare is a priority for the medical industry. A digital circuit is being formed in the country, the tasks of which will be the creation of a single accessible medical information environment. MONIKA MO GBUZ is also working in this direction. The most important tasks for us are effective and timely communication with our patients and ensuring high adherence of patients to treatment. Every year we consult more than 200 thousand patients, of which about 20 thousand with the most complex pathology are hospitalized in our clinic. The platform based on the closed messenger in Telegrams and solutions from CraftTalk will be a convenient tool that ensures the high efficiency of treating patients of various profiles and preserving the health of the population as a whole. In addition, the project will help reduce the routine burden on the medical organization and its staff. MONICA will become an organization with best practices in using technological solutions that provide effective remote patient management, noted Tatyana Chernyavskaya, Deputy Director for Educational Activities of GBUZ MO MONICA.
