Mosgortrans launched electronic waybills based on 1C and 1C-Rarus solutions

2023: Launch of electronic waybills based on "1C:Enterprise 8. Motor Transport Management "

1C-Rarus has completed the 1st stage of the pilot project  of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans on the use of electronic waybills. During the month, buses enter the line with EPL, issued with the help of "1C: Motor Vehicle Control PROF." The solution seamlessly integrates the service for the exchange of transportation documents 1S:EPD, the integration of the   continuous system with the driver's mobile application is performed. This was announced on September 5, 2023 by the 1C-Rarus company.

The translation of transportation documents into electronic format is an important industry task, the priority of the transport strategy of the Russian Federation. One of the six electronic shipping documents is the electronic waybill (EPL). According to the amendments to the charter of road transport and urban ground electric transport (259-FZ), EPL is now considered an official transport document.

We are introducing up-to-date technologies to make it easier for employees to work with documents. The transition to electronic travel lists will reduce the burden on drivers -  the safety of travel depends on their well-being. It will also allow them to get on the route faster and better follow the schedule. This corresponds to the task of the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin to increase the comfort of ground urban transport, noted Maxim Liksutov, Head of the Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of Moscow.

1C-Rarus, developer of solutions for transport  and logistics, has completed work on the use of EPL in the North-Eastern branch of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans . During the month, public transport flights are issued on the line with electronic waybills issued with the help of "1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF." The joint solution of the company "1C" and "1C-Rarus" is designed to control the processes of transport operation. The solution is part of the flagship product "1C: Transport Logistics, Forwarding and Vehicle Management KORP," also designed to manage cargo transportation processes.

Together  the Russian IT with the companies, we are we test systems for switching to electronic waybills. Mosgortrans made a flight using an electronic waybill, transferred one of the parks to the updated format, tested the technology together  Rostransnadzor with. According to the test results, all drivers of the enterprise will use a digital document when entering the route, said Nikolai Asaul, General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans.

We cooperate with the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans" on the tasks of automation of management and operational accounting on the basis of "1C: Motor Vehicle Management PROF." The line of 1C-Rarus solutions for transport and logistics is constantly developing  and adapting to changes in legislation. The EPD exchange service has already been built into our solutions. During the participation in the pilot project, the developers of 1C-Rarus adapted 1C: Motor Vehicle Control PROF to the needs of Mosgortrans in order to make the use of EPL faster and more comfortable, explained Artem Blinov, Head of Solutions for Transport and Logistics Companies, 1C-Rarus.

"1C-Rarus" performed the following modifications in "1C: Control of PROF vehicles":

•  Integration with the Mosgortrans accounting system was implemented  in order to obtain the necessary information for the formation of EPL. 1C-Rarus specialists conducted training at workplaces for employees of the pilot group - dispatchers, mechanics  of imedics - how to form and sign an EPL with an enhanced qualified signature.
• The EPL generation interface is improved to more easily fill fields. Without a waysheet, a city transport driver cannot get on a flight. The document records the result of the driver's medical examination, the route and the serviceability of the equipment, added additional fields according to the wishes of the project group.
• The functionality of forming and unloading the EPL QR code into the corporate mobile application of the State Unitary Enterprise Mosgortrans for drivers has been developed. After filling and approval of the EPL by electronic digital signatures of responsible employees, the information is uploaded to the unified state information system. Next , a QR code is generated in the solution. The code is sent to the driver in the mobile application. The driver spends less time getting a waybill and can submit it through a QR code when requested by the traffic police inspector.
