These data indicate the relevance of the new functionality, which will help entrepreneurs stand out against the backdrop of growing demand and competition.
After connecting the subscription, wizards will be able to add up to 30 photos and a video to the ad. Also, in performer ads with a connected subscription, the recommendations of other specialists, which are usually displayed at the bottom of the page, will be hidden. To improve communication with customers, the functions of setting up auto-responses in the messenger and the ability to launch up to 15 mailings with special offers to potential customers are available.
For April 2025, the subscription is available only for private craftsmen providing beauty services on the platform. In the future, the company plans to develop a tool for beauty salons, as well as in other categories of services.

Now users can quickly find suitable performers by simply specifying the transportation route and type of cargo, as well as specifying the task: transportation of cargo, moving or other service. The widget allows customers to find a carrier by distance and route. This makes the search process more convenient, since the system immediately offers performers working along the desired route. Avito trained his own large language model (LLM) to analyze the reviews left about the masters and draw up a short help on their basis. The company announced this on October 7, 2024.
It will contain a summary of all reviews with key advantages and shortcomings of the performer. Thus, the platform helps potential customers to form a general idea of the service provider, highlight his key qualities and give conscientious users more attention to customers.
Users of the test group will see the "Neural network collected the main thing" block. The algorithm analyzes user opinions, finds matches and creates a generalized review based on them, consisting of two blocks "Advantages" and "Disadvantages." If there is only one information about the performer, the second will not be shown. Buyers will see information about the qualities of service providers who are interested in most of them in the first place: speed, accuracy, responsiveness, quality of work. Users can independently check the information by examining the reviews below. In addition, at the test stage, it will be possible to assess the response written by the algorithm. This will improve the system, make it more accurate and informative.
The basis for the algorithm was a large language model trained by the developers of Avito. Generative models are already used on the platform, including to help users create descriptions of goods in the category "Shoes, clothes, accessories." To train the algorithm to find and highlight key meanings in published reviews, a team of AI editors was involved, who made markup based on more than 20 thousand examples. Additional training of the algorithm and direct work is carried out on Avito's own computing power.
In test mode, this function was launched in several categories of Avito Services. At the first stage, about 50% of users will see tips from artificial intelligence. In the future, it is planned to scale the function to other Avito verticals.

Information on average prices for the service is generated by Avito algorithms based on data on offers on the platform, taking into account the region of service provision, the specified experience of the contractor, as well as whether the service is provided by a private specialist or a company.
At the first stage, the function is available for ads in the categories "Household services," "Cleaning," "Training and courses," in the future the tool will be scaled to other categories of services.
