This contributed to the demand for imports of such products in the Russian Federation. And gradually cargo transportation - road, air, sea and railway - became the most convenient and profitable method of delivery in this direction. GEVARA is an expert in partial cargo transportation. The state now has about 150 managers and more than 100 freight forwarding drivers. And back in 2007 there were only two of them. Our own fleet of 120 trucks allows us to cover more orders and provide timely transport services to customers.

GEVARA employees always recorded all information about deliveries, customers and orders in electronic documents in txt, xls, csv formats. There was no need to use any accounting system, but the order and consistency when assembling goods had to be ensured.

Tasks

DataMatrix code is a mandatory packing element for some product groups. For example, clothes, shoes, tire, tobacco, alcohol cannot be sold without labeling. Such a product is equated with unlicensed products, for the sale of which you can get a considerable fine. It is inconvenient and long to manually check the marking codes, since in addition to the article in the documents, you need to check the information on the sticker from the package.

"When the issue of labeling of goods intended for import into Russia was raised, we first considered local software solutions. But nothing clear was found in Lithuania, since the developers, as it turned out, are too few. And we would still have to refine any software for ourselves. And since the marking was needed for the Russian market, they began to look in the Russian Federation: they analyzed the proposed solutions, looked at the software suppliers. Decision

Because it was unprofitable to make changes to the accounting system, and the customer would abandon the project. After marking the first batch of goods in the GEVARA warehouse, not a single extra label remained.
