2024: Implementation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2"

On June 6, 2024, 1C:April Soft announced the introduction of 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 in Zavod Link LLC.

As reported, in March 2023 it was decided to switch to an updated accounting system, which would combine all business processes of the enterprise. To manage the business, the enterprise used several accounting systems based on "1C," accounting was scattered. The next round of information space development in the company began with the implementation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2" - to manage regulatory reference information, combine accounting, tax and warehouse accounting in one system. This was important both for maintaining the current state and for further development.

The reason for the transition to the updated system was the need to obtain operational management information for the management of the enterprise to make effective and its own-time decisions.

With 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2, you can:

  • Plan activities and forecast development, establish connections and analyze the results of cooperation with counterparties.
  • Access reports.
  • Monitor the work of subdivisions.
  • Manage assets and resources.
  • Reduce costs and minimize losses.

1C: April Soft provided support in terms of point issues and familiarization with the typical capabilities of the system.

To achieve the set goals, the plant employees were introduced to the typical capabilities of the system using model examples in many blocks.

As of June 2024, 1C: April Soft conducted training on the following blocks:

  • Settlement Management
  • Customer and Supplier Relationship Management
  • Sales Management, Sales Planning
  • Cost of Production Calculation

The system was put into operation from 2024 and deployed to 100 users. 10 employees of the enterprise were trained. As a result of training at the enterprise, the quality of both managerial and regulated accounting has increased. 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 optimizes the work of employees and optimizes the entire enterprise management system. The training helped to carry out all processes (from the purchase of raw materials, materials and components to the end point of the sale of the finished product, taking into account costs at all stages and settlements with counterparties) along the chain of services and divisions of the enterprise in a single information field.

Opportunities for transition from "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" - development in "1C: ERP." Increasing the capabilities of application solutions and optimizing ergonomics are carried out in "1C: ERP ," "1C:ERP.
