IEK Group executives have addressed the following tasks:

During the implementation process, it was necessary to develop a large number of integrations: 1S:ZUP, 1S:DO, Contour. Focus, Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Diadoc, MDM, personal account of an employee (EDO), mobile applications ( SOLO, Jazz).

During the implementation of HR PRO, the licensing by the vendor changed, and constant changes in the EDC by the legislation complicated the implementation process. Due to the large number of business processes implemented, all responsible departments of the customer were involved. The working group on the part of IEK GROUP consisted of more than 20 people who took an active part in the process of the entire cycle of work during the project.

The implementation was very interesting. Not without difficulties, but thanks to the mutual understanding reached, it was possible to negotiate and find the right solutions. Directum RX has over 4,400 active employees. It has 33 IEK GROUP organizations. More than 4,500 agreed and signed contractual documents since the beginning of 2024. 17.5% of contracts and 35% of DPP are concluded using EDO. Thanks to the developed integration with the 1S:DO, a tax monitoring showcase is provided.

A tender procedure solution was developed using integration with Contour Focus. Additionally, the formation of the Competitive List and the Protocol of the Tender Committee is automated. Voting is available not only through the web interface, but also in the Directum Solo and Jazz mobile applications.

Personnel EDO:

• Registration of employees through the EPC Personal Account (provision of necessary documents by candidates, familiarization with LNA, signing of applications, employment contract).
• Vacation planning (coordination in Directum RX, formation of order in 1S:ZUP, signing of order in Directum RX).
• Registration and change of vacations on applications.
• Work with various statements that are formed from templates.
• Familiarization of employees with personnel orders.
• Bypass sheet.
• Uploading personnel documents from the system.

As of August 2024, the company switched to project support, requests for improvements and the introduction of additional solutions are being fulfilled. For example, automating the process of storing documents using the Long-Term Archive solution, which primarily ensures the legal significance of documents throughout the storage period and storage of documents in a special format. The plans also include the implementation of the "Meetings" module, automation of work with the MFD.
