At the end of August 2024, it became known that the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman about the completion of the construction of the Quantum Park, designed to develop quantum technologies. The facility has become a key part of the university's new science campus.

Before the start of the school year, the new buildings of the Moscow State Technical University, including Quantum Park, were examined at the end of August 2024 by First Deputy Prime Minister, Denis Manturov Deputy Prime Minister, Dmitry Chernyshenko Head, Ministry of Finance Anton Siluanov Head, Ministry of Education and Science Valery Falkov Head, Ministry of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov as well as President Russian Academy of Sciences Gennady Krasnikov and General Director Maxim Advanced Research Foundation Vakshtein.

Quantum Park is located in close proximity to the Central Cluster and is a unique component of the "heart" of the technological valley created on the basis of the Moscow State Technical University. The complex has special spring vibration insulators necessary for the functioning of "floating" floors. These structures, manufactured in Russia, are designed to reduce dynamic impact from equipment, which will provide comfortable conditions for the work of scientists and students, as well as protect scientific equipment sensitive to external influences.
