Asset Management has become the next module in the comprehensive Russian ITSM solution TIKITRIK, which also includes Service Desk (employee call lifecycle management) and Change Management (IT landscape change management). Depending on business requirements, each module can be deployed individually or in conjunction with each other as a single platform.

TIKITRIK Asset Management implements a process approach and covers the full life cycle of IT assets: entry, accounting, ownership confirmation, balance control, procurement planning, modernization, maintenance, repair, write-off.
