2025: Introduction of a Secure Industrial Computer

A-Telematics has developed a secure industrial computer that is highly reliable and capable of providing stable performance even in extreme conditions. Domestic equipment is already used for modernization and import substitution in interval control systems on the railway. Concern Telematics announced this on February 5, 2025.

Thanks to the protective shell, the A-Telematics computer has increased reliability and is resistant to various influences. It can withstand an extended temperature range, as well as vibration and mechanical effects, has low power consumption and enhanced dust and moisture protection. Such technical characteristics make it possible to use ZPK in difficult operating conditions, where there are increased requirements for equipment protection: at food production sites or chemical industry for automation oil and gas in and, transport industries including on the railway. Also, the secure computer can be installed in various types of vehicles, such as trains.

The ZPC is completely import-independent, has configurable power and runs on the domestic Alt 8 SP operating system and is planned to be launched on Astra Linux. The computer passed operational and acceptance tests.

The first field of application of a secure industrial computer was interval control systems on the railway, for which high standards of reliability, security and stable operation of equipment in any conditions are critical. The use of ZPK helps to ensure the safety of trains on the races, thereby increasing the capacity on the railway network.

The secure industrial computer has passed factory and operational tests, demonstrating its reliability and efficiency. The first industry where our development found application was the railway. The computer can be used to solve various production tasks: as part of an automated workplace for dispatchers, duty and mechanics of railway systems, operators of mountain stations, and it can also be installed directly in locomotives. Since the beginning of 2025, we have begun deliveries of ZPK to railway stations in Russia, the first computers manufactured by A-Telematics are already successfully operating. High reliability and ability to work in difficult environmental conditions allow using this computer in other industries, - said Alexey Gripasov, General Director of A-Telematics.
