In addition, the center has gas chambers for bananas, designed to process up to 50 thousand boxes per month. They create ideal conditions for fruit ripening: thanks to ethylene control technology, bananas arrive in stores fresh and with the optimal degree of maturity.

The opening of a distribution center is an important step of the company in strengthening the logistics infrastructure in the Kaliningrad region. As of September 2025, we already have more than 150 Pyaterochek and 24 Victoria supermarkets operating here. Thanks to this logistics complex, we will be able to speed up delivery times, local manufacturers will receive a convenient site for placement, which in the complex will help increase the availability of fresh and high-quality goods in stores, create new jobs, develop the network and strengthen our positions in the market, "said Daria Osinovskaya, executive director of the North-West territory of the Pyaterochka retail chain.

The center has already begun serving more than 250 suppliers, including 51 manufacturers from the Kaliningrad region, which creates additional opportunities for local business and ensures the availability of products for residents of the region.

It is very important for me as governor that this distribution center is already working for the region. More than 300 new jobs have been created here. Among the suppliers are more than 50 Kaliningrad companies, and thanks to the new complex, their goods will reach buyers fresher and guaranteed to be on the shelves, "said the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region Alexei Bezprozvannykh.

The RC premises include a dry warehouse, refrigerated and freezing chambers, a frozen food acceptance area, and premises of an administrative and domestic unit. In addition, a modern kitchen factory with an area of ​ ​ 1,950 square meters is located on the territory of the distribution center. m. Thanks to this project, more than 200 additional jobs will be created, and the capacity of the factory will allow producing up to 20 thousand units of finished products every day. The factory has introduced advanced quality management systems that control the entire production cycle - from raw materials to packaging. The new equipment ensures long-term freshness of dishes without compromising taste and quality.

We have extensive expertise in the design and construction of multi-temperature warehouses and have already implemented more than 400,000 square meters. m of projects of this format. This distribution center in Kaliningrad is equipped with modern refrigeration and freezing chambers with a wide range of temperature regimes - from deep freezing to storage of heat-sensitive goods. The main quality is the use of natural CO₂ refrigerant, which allows Kh5 to significantly reduce energy costs and increase the environmental stability of the facility. Our fourth joint project with X5 is of particular importance - this is the first high-quality multi-temperature distribution center in the Kaliningrad region, - commented Elena Babenko, General Director of Orientir Group of Companies (developer of the distribution center).

The uninterrupted operation of the complex is provided by more than 300 employees and 12 specialized vehicles. Each car is equipped with refrigerated units that support the freshness of products at all stages of delivery.

Agreement on construction of a high-altitude automated center

GC "Landmark" and X5 Group signed an agreement for the construction of a high-rise automated logistics center - the "Bogoslovo" hub. Landmark announced this on July 17, 2025. A large facility with an area of ​ ​ more than 43,000 square meters. m will be erected in the Noginsk district of the Moscow region and will become not just part of the X5 Group logistics network, but the flagship of logistics in the country. Its commissioning is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. The entire complex of design and construction work, including architecture, will be carried out by the general contractor and designer - StroyMonolitService, a member of the Landmark Group of Companies.

Located near the village of Bogoslovo, the distribution center will appear at the intersection of the M-7 and TsKAD highways, 45 km from the Moscow Ring Road, which will provide direct access to three federal highways and proximity to major cities - Moscow, Noginsk, Elektrostal and Pavlovsky Posad, as well as railway infrastructure.

The management of engineering systems will be completely digital: it will be possible to control and configure all processes in real time, including remotely with almost no human participation. Automation of the hub will bring the logistics of the X5 Group to a new qualitative level.

Completion of the multi-temperature warehouse contour in Kaliningrad

The area of ​ ​ the facility is 26,800 square meters. m, which is the equivalent of four football fields. As of February 2025, the construction of floors and floor ceilings, the construction of internal partitions, on-site and internal engineering systems, landscaping and infrastructure work are underway. The construction is scheduled for completion in the 2nd quarter of 2025.

The distribution center is built taking into account high quality standards. The height of the working area will be 12.5 m, and the design load on the floor slab is 8 t/sq. m. The production unit will be equipped with a system for monitoring and automatic temperature support, which will ensure storage of products in the necessary conditions. The facility is located on the first line of the Northern Bypass of Kaliningrad highway, 1.5 kilometers from the Primorskoe Koltsa highway, which will provide convenient transport accessibility and effective logistics solutions for the X5 Group.

One of the areas of development of our company is the construction of multi-temperature facilities, in which special attention is paid to refrigeration units and production equipment. As of February 2025, we commissioned about 364 thousand square meters. m of temperature warehouses of various complexity - from specialized fulfillment factories to warehouses with controlled temperature and deep freezing chambers, including objects with special storage conditions for alcoholic and pharmaceutical products.
