2022: Implementation of the BPMSoft 1C:ERP and CRM system
Nicton has been partnering with RDV since 2021. During the cooperation of RDV, work was carried out within the framework of 3 projects.
1C:ERP Implementation Project
In October 2021, Nicton decided to increase the level of automation of operational accounting, production, commodity planning, collateral processes, regulated and management accounting, for which the decision was chosen. " In 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 February 2022, the implementation project was completed 1C:.ERP
RDV performed the following work during the project:
- Prepared detailed functional requirements for the System.
- You have simulated the business processes in the System.
- You have set up standard reports (sales, warehouse, purchasing, production, mutual settlements).
- Trained key users of the system.
- Provided methodological and consulting support to users of the System.

The implementation of the System allowed Nicton to achieve the following results:
- Automate the work of users in a single information system.
- Increase the efficiency of departments within the framework of end-to-end processes.
- Arrange provision of inventory for the customer.
- Automate production processes.
- Automate warehouse processes: current balances online, tasks for assembling orders from warehouse, shipping, acceptance, inventory.
- Automate the procurement processes of imported goods and automate accounting in accordance with the law.
- Automate the process of forming and obtaining accounting and management reports.
- Reduce reporting time.
- Automate personnel EDO processes.
- Automate document flow with customers using EDM.
BPMSoft CRM Implementation Project
Before the introduction of CRM the BPMSoft system, customer relationship management at Nicton was carried out using a system whose AmoCRM functionality did not allow automation of all business processes companies. The main disadvantages of using AmoCRM were the absence of:
- trade balances,
- the process of working with goods,
- transport company management process,
- lack of end-to-end integration with: 1C ERP for trade and production companies,
- lack of flexible business rules and business processes.
In January 2022, Nicton management decided to begin cooperation with RDV on a project to switch from AmoCRM to BPMSoft in order to eliminate these shortcomings and develop sales processes. In April 2022, the project to implement BPMSoft was completed.
RDV performed the following work during the project:
- We performed modeling and prepared a design solution.
- You have configured the integration of BPMSoft and 1C:ERP data using the RDV:B2B Billing application.
- You have configured the BPMSoft Sales Commerce and Docs system.
- We have trained key users of the CRM system.
- Provided methodological and consulting support to users of the CRM system.
During the project, the following functional units were automated:
- Customer Base Management, Customer Segmentation
- Lead management. Convert Leads to Sales
- Contract and Document Management
- Checkout
- Item Reservation
- Payment control
- Shipping orders
- Invoicing (invoicing of closing documents)
- Integration with 1C:ERP (catalog of goods, balances, prices, customers, contracts, orders, reserves, payments, acts)
- Integration with and Telegram telephony Mango
- Procurement Management (Handling of Purchase Requisitions, Tendering and Winner Determination)
The implementation of the CRM system BPMSoft allowed Nicton to achieve the following results:
- Build managed sales processes for each product type.
- Organize a single window for working with customers.
- Build omnichannel communications with clients.
- Get complete customer information in a single CRM system.
- Shorten the sales cycle, increase the speed of order processing.
- Automate the work with commercial offers and contracts.
- Automate customer billing processes and get timely payment information.
- Integrate CRM system with 1C:ERP by end-to-end processes.
- Provide managers with timely information about balances, ensure reservation of goods on order.
IT and Administration Project 1C
Before starting the project, Nicton did not have the infrastructure to deploy 1C. There were no specialists to perform work in this area in the company, and therefore it was decided to implement the IT and administration project 1C together with RDV.
RDV performed the following work during the project:
- Initial configuration of the 1C infrastructure in the Amazon cloud
- Infrastructure migration data center Selectel to after refusing Amazon to extend infrastructure leases for businesses in RUSSIAN FEDERATION
- Administer 1C Server
- SQL Server Administration
- Network Administration, Backup Storage
- Monitoring system performance
- Updating Server Configuration to Increase Load
- Upgrading infrastructure to meet your needs
- Resolution of licensing issues.
As a result of the project, Nicton has received a reliable, fault-tolerant, scalable infrastructure for the operation of the 1C system.
