2025: Hotel Opening

In November 2025, the Azimut Hotels hotel chain opened a four-star hotel in Sochi with 307 rooms with a height of 24 floors, built on the site of the former Neva boarding house. The volume of investments in the project amounted to ₽5 billion. The new hotel complex "Azimut Park Hotel Vinogradnaya" is located near the park and residence "Bocharov Stream" at 101/1 Vinogradnaya Street.

The total area of ​ ​ the hotel is 23.5 thousand square meters. As a result of the modernization of the building, engineering was updated, and the interior space was transformed in accordance with current design trends. The territory of the park hotel covers an area of ​ ​ almost 5 hectares.

In Soviet times, the Neva boarding house was a departmental institution, and then became one of the first hotels that focused on receiving foreign tourists. The project was an example of the careful transformation of the Soviet heritage of resort architecture and the integration of modern standards of hospitality.

The hotel complex has four categories of rooms, as well as apartments for long-term accommodation. The hotel has a main restaurant and lobby bar. It is planned to open an indoor year-round pool and an open heated pool, as well as a SPA area.

Over 100 species of endemic plants of the region grow on the territory. For business events, it is planned to create a congress hall with a modular hall of 600 square meters. A view terrace is also planned for various events.

The general director of the chain Maxim Brodovsky called the opening of a hotel under the Azimut Hotels brand in Sochi an important step in the development of the network. He stressed that many years of experience and high uniform standards of the Azimut Hotels service will become the basis for the development of the hotel and the comfort of residents.^[1][2]
