2025: Ulyanovsk construction group Dars bought the Pravda apart-complex in Moscow
The development company Dars has acquired a problematic development project on Pravda Street in the capital. The object was once part of the portfolio of the PSN group of ex-bankers Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev, who planned to build an apart-complex here, but could not complete the construction. The deal was completed in October 2025.
As reported by RIA Novosti, the developer acquired a land plot of 2.6 hectares on Pravda Street in the possession of 24. The construction of a 21-story premium residential complex is planned on the territory. The total living area of the object will be 31.2 thousand square meters.
The project will house 439 apartments. The volume of investments in the implementation is estimated at ₽16 billion. The office building with an area of 16 thousand square meters, which is part of the project, will be preserved and put in order.
The Pravda object is considered one of the most famous long-term construction projects in Moscow. The project was for a long time in the portfolio of the PSN development group, created by the ex-bankers, the Ananyev brothers. Construction started in 2017. Commissioning was originally scheduled for 2019.
Subsequently, the asset passed to Vega. This structure is associated with the developer Vos'hod, which was created by Riverstretch Trading & Investments to implement projects in the elite residential and multifunctional real estate segment. However, the new owners could not complete the construction of the complex.
Dars was founded in 2001. The developer operates in the Ulyanovsk and Volgograd regions, the Moscow region, as well as in the Khabarovsk Territory and the Republic of Bashkortostan. The acquisition of a problematic capital asset will be a new stage in the development of the company in the Moscow real estate market.
The PSN group of the Ananyev brothers was a major player in the development market until the bankruptcy of the Promsvyazbank bank they owned in 2017. After that, many of the group's assets were sold off or transferred to new owners. The project on Pravda Street was among the unfinished objects that were looking for new investors.[1]
