The arrest of a plane, car, accounts, apartment and land in a lawsuit for 282 billion rubles

In May 2019, judicial arrest was imposed on the assets of Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev. The procedure was carried out by the Moscow Arbitration Court after Promsvyazbank filed a corresponding application, which became part of the procedure for the bank and the Central Bank to return their assets, which were withdrawn by the businessman brothers, Vedomosti reported.

The PSB lawsuit against the former co-owners was filed on December 21, 2018, and the total number of defendants in it reached 13. Among them, in addition to the Ananyev brothers themselves, were Andrei Zhupanov, deputy chairman of the board of Promsvyazbank, Alexey Iodko, deputy chairman of the board, who was in charge of HR, Vladimir Mamakin, who controlled the financial block, and Tatyana Voloshkina, who oversaw work with VIP clients. In addition, the list includes former leaders of small businesses and the corporate block Vladimir Shatalov and Evgeny Kozerenko, head of the project financing department Alexander Afanasyev and head of the financial markets block Dmitry Ivanov.

The bank's lawsuit also demanded to cancel all transactions made by the Ananyev brothers the day before the bank's reorganization, which took place on December 15, 2017. According to PSB representatives, the total number of transactions reached 30, and all of them pursued the only goal - to withdraw funds from the bank.

The total amount of claims in this claim reached 282.2 billion rubles, at 194.2 billion rubles. of which the damage caused to the bank was estimated from all transactions conducted by management. The remaining 88 billion rubles. PSB wanted to recover from the defendants for financial assistance provided to him by the Central Bank.

By decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court, the property of businessmen Ananyev and other defendants in the case was arrested precisely on the claim for 282.2 billion rubles.

Among Dmitry's assets, the arrest was imposed on his 33 percent stake in PSB Management, a Bombardier Challenger 650 personal aircraft with tail and serial numbers OE-LDN and 6087, respectively (home airport, as in the case of Alexei's plane - Sheremetyevo) and on funds held in accounts with PSB and Vozrozhdenie.

The movable property of Dmitry Ananyev, subject to sanctions, are premium cars of the German brands BWM and Mercedes: BMW Kh3 Xdrive 35I, Mercedes-Benz Viano, S600 and GL 450 4Matic. In addition, a certain water vessel was arrested - the court did not provide a description of it.

In addition to the above, interim measures were introduced on Dmitry's real estate, including land plots in the Ruzsky and Odintsovsky districts of the Moscow region, an apartment and a land plot in the Yaroslavl region, as well as two premises in Kropotkinsky Lane[6].

Increase in fortune by 5.6 billion rubles after leaving Russia

On September 23, 2019, it became known that the British companies Urgula Platinum Limited and Antracite Investment Limited, the sole owner of which is Dmitry Ananyev, increased their assets (cash or property) to 5.6 billion rubles ($88 million) at the end of 2018.

According to Open Media, by the time Ananyev moved to the UK, Urgula Platinum Limited and Antracite Investment Limited owed creditors 77 billion rubles, and they had to pay most of this amount in 12 months. Almost all key indicators of companies were negative.

Dmitry Ananyev got rich by 5.6 billion rubles after leaving Russia

Over the year, the situation has changed dramatically. Judging by the reporting in the Companies House register, in 2018 Urgula Platinum increased assets by more than 32 thousand times - from 99.8 thousand rubles to 3.2 billion rubles. The current assets of Antracite Investment Limited grew  64 thousand times in 2018 - from 37.5 thousand rubles to 2.42 billion rubles.

The source of the funds remains unknown, since both companies report under a simplified scheme for micro-enterprises and do not indicate items of expenses and revenues.

According to the rules of Companies House, a company can claim the status of a micro-enterprise if its turnover does not exceed £632 thousand, the value of assets is less than £316 thousand and the number of personnel does not exceed 10 people.

Despite the unexpected growth in assets, the company did not pay short-term debt of more than 70 billion rubles. But Urgula Platinum reduced long-term debts from 4.9 billion rubles to 871.4 million rubles. Nevertheless, numerous lawsuits have been filed against Ananyev. In the UK, investors are trying to recover $40 million from the banker for overdue credit notes, according to which Ananyev and his companies acted as guarantors.[7]

Published materials of the investigation in the criminal case

On October 31, 2019, Kommersant published details of the criminal prosecution of the former owners of Promsvyazbank (PSB) Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev, who were arrested in absentia by the Basmanny Court for international investigation, became known. According to investigators, using the Cyprus branch of the bank, the brothers stole 66.3 billion rubles, $575 million and €24.4 million in five days under fictitious transactions, and legalized 39 billion rubles. and $169 million

The investigation team in the case of the Ananyev bankers is headed by Alexei Veseliev, senior investigator for particularly important cases of the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR). Colonel of Justice Veseliev gained fame five years ago, when, as part of an investigation into the circumstances of the theft of shares of enterprises included in the fuel and energy complex of Bashkiria, at his petitions, the son of the then president of the republic, Ural Rakhimov, was put on the international wanted list, the head of AFK Sistema Alexander Yevtushenkov was sent under house arrest and interim measures were taken on shares of enterprises included in Bashneft. As a result, the shares were returned to the state, and then bought by Rosneft.

As follows from the materials of the current investigation of Colonel Veselyev, the largest shareholder of the bank was the Promsvyaz Capital B.V. registered by the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which controlled 62.5% of the shares. Promsvyaz Capital B.V. itself, the investigation established, was controlled on a parity basis (49.99% each) by Antracite Investment Ltd and Urgula Platinum Ltd. And the remainder of the shares went to Menrela Ltd. All these companies belonged in equal shares to Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev, they are confident in the TFR.

Along the way, according to the materials of the investigation, the brothers held the posts of chairman of the board of directors and CEO of Promsvyazbank, which was on the list of systemically important credit institutions and occupies 9th place among Russian banks in terms of assets.

According to the conclusions of the investigation, Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev, "using their official position" and exercising general management of the bank, were "authorized to dispose of the property" of the credit institution, make decisions on transactions, make transactions on behalf of the bank, etc. However, having such powers, the owners of the bank ignored the conclusions of the Central Bank audit, which in December 2017, as part of the supervision, revealed that the banking statements did not reflect the real financial condition of the bank and, "being significantly unreliable," posed a threat to the interests of customers and creditors.

In this regard, on December 11, 2017, the Central Bank, as follows from the materials of the criminal case, demanded that the PSB leadership urgently form reserves in the amount of 104.6 billion rubles, imposing a ban on large operations, including using the Cyprus branch of the bank in Limassol. However, having considered the new report, signed by the then chairman of Promsvyazbank Dmitry Ananyev, the regulator concluded that it "directly testified to the need to appoint" an interim administration. On December 15, 2017, LLC Management Company Banking Sector Consolidation Fund, according to the order of the Central Bank, received these functions.

Just at this time, the investigation notes, Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev, as well as unidentified persons, united in an organized criminal group for the "illegal theft of funds" of the financial structure. For this, bankers in the period from December 11 to 15, 2017 concluded 24 agreements with companies controlled by them - Minga Management Ltd, Fintailor Ltd and the already famous Dutch Promsvyaz Capital B.V. The subject of the agreements were transactions for the purchase and sale of various securities, including bonds of Promsvyazkapital JSC, little-known PSN PM LLC and Peters International Investment, preferred shares of Promsvyazbank itself, etc.

All settlements with counterparties, according to the investigation, were carried out through Promsvyazbank-Cyprus, where settlement accounts were opened with companies controlled by the brothers. Despite the full payment by PSB, the securities "were not delivered," and the terms of the contracts were not fulfilled.

This, the investigation believes, allowed the organizers of the criminal group to appropriate 66.3 billion rubles, $575 million and €24.4 million. At the second stage of the criminal scheme, the TFR believes, in order to conceal "the illegal origin of the stolen property and give it a legitimate form of ownership" on one day, December 14, 2017, "on fictitious grounds" in favor of Peters International Investment, at the direction of Messrs. Ananyevs, 31.7 billion rubles were transferred, as well as under the guise of a loan of another 8.2 billion rubles.

A few more hours later, all the money received, including more than $160 million, was fragmented and transferred to nine more companies, whose settlement accounts were also located in the Cyprus branch of PSB. The lion's share of these transfers fell on Bimersano Service ltd and Fintailor Investments, which received more than 20 billion rubles. and $83.2 million. Thus, the investigation is confident, the organizers of the criminal group legalized 38.8 billion rubles. and $169 million

After establishing these circumstances, the TFR qualified the actions of the Ananyev brothers as embezzlement on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 160 of the Criminal Code) and the legalization of the kidnapped (part 4 of article 174 of the Criminal Code). At the same time, bankers' lawyers, including Alexander Zabeida, representing the interests of Dmitry Ananyev, are confident that the persecution of their clients "has a political context." The transactions, which the investigation interprets as illegal, the defenders believe, were completely legal.

Moscow Arbitration Court lifted arrest from Bombardier Challenger 650 aircraft owned by Dmitry Ananyev

The second business jet, owned by Dmitry Ananyev's brother Alexei, the court tried to arrest in the spring of 2019, but the lawyer managed to prove that his client did not own the plane. The Bombardier Challenger 650 with serial number 6088 was later put up for sale.

However, in September 2019, the Moscow arbitration satisfied Promsvyazbank's claim and arrested the plane. The representative of the plaintiff took note of the fact that in the event of a refusal to impose interim measures, the aircraft would go to third parties.

On December 11, the ninth arbitration court of appeal refused UBS Switzerland AG to remove the arrest of Alexei Ananyev from the plane. The Swiss company said the aircraft it owns was leased to Ananyev's Parseval and could not be seized.

The Court of Appeal found that UBS Switzerland AG had not submitted a single title document from which the court could conclude that Alexei Ananyev owned the aircraft. The court refused to recognize the certificate from Austro Control Gmbh, which provides air navigation over Austria.

This company is not a body whose authority includes the assessment or establishment of ownership of aircraft, but only maintains a register of information about aircraft, the court said.

"I was made out to be a criminal. It doesn't fit in my head "

Former co-owner of Promsvyazbank Dmitry Ananyev gave the first interview to Western media after leaving Russia. The former billionaire spoke about the threats received and the persecution in Russia[9].

"I was made out to be a criminal. This does not fit in my head, "- said the former co-owner of Promsvyazbank Dmitry Ananyev F 165 to the newspaper The[10].

According to Ananyev, his case has become a textbook example of how a businessman may be under attack in Russia. In Russia, the former banker claims, any person with independent views is vulnerable, his arrest is "only a matter of time." Ananyev also ranks himself as an independent camp and says that for 25 years he built a successful business, which eventually took the state.

Ananyev told his version of what happened to Promsvyazbank. In 2015, after the imposition of sanctions against Russia, the Central Bank decided to help the defense industry and nationalize the private bank of Ananyev and his brother, making it a special bank for the military. "They told me several times that if I do not sell the bank, a criminal case awaits me," Ananyev says. He also says he received threats to life by phone and email and noticed surveillance. He connects this campaign with the Russian special services and with the "oppressive state machine."

In 2017, the Central Bank explained the decision to take Promsvyazbank for reorganization by the fact that the bank had a chronic lack of liquidity, low-quality capital and excessive sanitation load. After the introduction of the interim administration, the Central Bank reported that the bank had destroyed or disappeared credit files of corporate borrowers in the amount of more than 109 billion rubles. Later it became known that on the basis of Promsvyazbank a reference bank will be created for operations on state defense orders and large state contracts.

Ananyev says that against the background of pressure, he had heart problems. In 2018, he and his family and 85-year-old mother left Russia for Cyprus, where he now comfortably lives in a house in Limassol overlooking the sea and a garden with palm trees. His brother Alexei tried for another year to save their business empire, but also left for London.

Ananyev admits that leaving his homeland was painful for him. A deeply religious man, before settling in Cyprus, he asked for the blessing of a 94-year-old Orthodox monk on Mount Athos in Greece. In his new life, he sees many advantages: he spends a lot of time with his wife and five children, runs in the morning, goes fishing on his yacht, reads fiction.

Despite the hardships, Ananyev admits that he was lucky. At the same time, Forbes considers its position in the rating "unreal" and notes: "You cannot be rich if your country is in the ass."

Ananyev knows that a court in Moscow arrested him in absentia, and is thinking about leaving Cyprus. He recalls the fate of former GRU colonel Sergei Skripal, who was assassinated in British Salisbury, and the 2019 murder of a Chechen field commander in Berlin: "Security agencies can strike anyone without leaving evidence."

New "enrichment scheme" of the Ananyev family

In early March 2020, it became known about the new scheme for enriching the Ananyev family. Lawyers Promsvyazbank filed a statement of claim, which states that Dmitry Ananyev at the time of his tenure as chairman of the bank's board issued himself a loan of 1.4 billion rubles and placed money on the deposit of his wife Lyudmila with higher than the loan interest.

According to Kommersant, citing information from the lawsuit, from September to December 2017, interest in the amount of 50 million rubles was paid on the deposit of Lyudmila Ananyeva. 33 million rubles were paid on the loan as interest. The damage to the bank from the implementation of the scheme by spouses in three months amounted to 17 million rubles. This is what the circular credit and deposit scheme looks like, lawyers noted, the plaintiff claims.

The statement of claim of Promsvyazbank's lawyers explains that in the fall of 2017, Ananyev, who at that time held the post of CEO of the bank, issued himself a loan of 1.4 billion rubles

According to the lawsuit, the actions of the Ananyev spouses violate Art. 10 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, according to which the same persons cannot receive a loan, the rate at which is lower than the deposit rate.

Under the terms of the deposit, Lyudmila Ananyeva had the opportunity to withdraw interest monthly and regularly received money from the deposit. The amount remaining from interest was used to pay off monthly loan payments. 103 days later, the day after Dmitry Ananyev personally received the Central Bank's order to add additional reserves, the failure of which led to the reorganization of the PSB, the then board of directors of the bank repaid his loan at the expense of his wife's deposit.

By the beginning of March 2020,   about 25 episodes of fraud are being sued against Dmitry Ananyev and his brother Alexei in Russia and abroad. Among them are the issuance of loans to shell companies, the purchase of illiquid securities, the sale of bank property at a reduced price and other schemes.

Dmitry Ananyev lives with his family in Cyprus, his brother Alexei settled in London. In Russia, they are accused of embezzlement of Promsvyazbank funds.[11]

The Ananyev brothers, according to Bastrykin, realizing that they could be removed from managing the bank's affairs, decided to withdraw the funds entrusted to them from the country's financial turnover to Cypriot companies.

File:Aquote1.png
They created an organized criminal group, which included more than 10 proxies, including foreigners. These persons were illegally employed by the bank and issued power of attorney for the right to dispose of funds. Subsequently, on the basis of fictitious documents, more than 57.3 billion rubles and more than $500 million were withdrawn to the bank accounts of a foreign company under the guise of payment for allegedly acquired securities. In fact, Promsvyazbank PJSC did not acquire securities for the specified amount, Rossiyskaya Gazeta quotes Alexander Bastrykin.
File:Aquote2.png

According to him, most of the Ananyev bankers' accomplices have been established, they are currently outside the Russian Federation. With the assistance of Interpol Russia, measures are being taken to extradite them for criminal prosecution.

When interacting with the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rosfinmonitoring, the property of the Ananyev brothers was established, which has already been seized. Compensation to the injured party for the damage caused is currently more than 15% of the amount stolen, - said the chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in an interview.
File:Aquote2.png

In addition, in foreign countries, according to the head of the TFR, the property of the accused worth more than 10 billion rubles has been established, and work has been organized with the competent authorities to arrest him.

File:Aquote1.png
Also, according to the results of accounting examinations conducted by expert divisions of the Investigative Committee, additional episodes of theft in 2017 by the Ananyev brothers of funds of Promsvyazbank PJSC in the amount of over 15 billion rubles were revealed. According to these episodes, criminal cases have been initiated, - Bastrykin said in an interview.

The arrest of the property of the Ananyev brothers for 50 billion rubles hit the video

On October 6, 2020, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation announced the detention of five accomplices in a criminal case on the embezzlement of the former owners of Promsvyazbank by the Ananyev brothers, and also specified the amount of damage in this case - 87.2 billion rubles. These funds, according to law enforcement agencies, were introduced from Russia to Cyprus in a few hours.

Subsequently, Alexey and Dmitry Ananyev organized the legalization of these funds and disposed of them at their own discretion by performing further illegal financial transactions, the UK said. The investigation believes that in 2017, after inspections of the Central Bank and the identification of numerous violations in lending to Ananyeva, they decided to steal Promsvyazbank's funds.

Arrest of property of the Ananyev brothers for 50 billion rubles

The investigation, in cooperation with the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Rosfinmonitoring, established the property of the Ananyev brothers with a total value of 50 billion rubles, which was seized. As part of the preliminary investigation, the property of accomplices in the crime will also be established for arrest.

The UK published an operational video showing the arrested property of the Ananyev brothers. All of it is housed in a gigantic warehouse, and these are several dozen paintings, as well as about the same number of cardboard boxes of various sizes.

According to the statement of the Investigative Committee, among the identified accomplices of the crime, 5 people were detained, in respect of whom a preventive measure is planned in the near future. The rest of the persons are wanted. The Ananyev brothers are also on the international wanted list by October 7, 2020.

In the near future, the court will consider similar petitions against Andrei Mukin and Nikolai Tsukanov. According to the court order, this third person is also prohibited from disposing of assets in any way. If the court order to seize the assets is violated, the defendants face sanctions, the Trust said in a statement.

The court arrested the assets of the Ananyev brothers for €267 million

As explained to Kommersant in Trust, the requirements for the Ananyev brothers are related to "the implementation of financial schemes that have signs of fraudulent actions by issuing unsecured loans, as well as loans with significantly insufficient security."

At the same time, the bank did not tell the publication which assets were seized. According to the head of the Trust, Alexander Sokolov, this is "the last in a series of lawsuits against the title beneficiaries of the collapsed banks."

Representatives of Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev confirmed to Kommersant the beginning of the trial with Trust in Cyprus. They deny the claims and call "Trust" claims in the lawsuit false. Alexey Ananyev had nothing to do with the transactions and actions indicated in the lawsuit, and Dmitry Ananyev categorically disagrees with the requirements, the representatives added. Alexey Ananyev believes that the seizure of assets will be lifted in the near future, and Dmitry Ananyev called the lawsuit "a continuation of the politically motivated persecution of the former owners of Promsvyazbank."

The head of the working group of the law firm RKT Alexei Maistrenko believes that the arrest imposed on the assets of the Ananyev brothers corresponds to the formed tendency to recover from the owners and top management of banks undergoing reorganization, losses incurred by credit institutions due to management defects in the execution of persons brought to justice.[15]

Interpol refused to look for the Ananyev brothers

On December 4, 2020, it became known about the refusal of Interpol in the search for Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev. In fact, the international police organization stopped all search procedures against the former co-owners of Promsvyazbank, said their lawyer Alexei Kirsanov.

Interpol removed Alexei Ananyev from the search, considering his persecution politically motivated, - he told TASS. The source of the agency noted that a similar decision was made in relation to Dmitry Ananyev.

According to Kommersant, the decision to refuse to search for the Ananyev brothers was made after the commission for the control of files of the international police organization considered the voluminous complaint of the financiers' lawyers during the Interpol session. On almost 70 pages, the defenders defended the presence of a political background in the criminal prosecution of bankers and on this basis demanded to annul the search for the latter.

Interpol refused to look for the Ananyev brothers

Having considered the complaint, the commission considered the prosecution politically motivated, after which, by the decision of the Interpol general secretariat, all data on the ex-shareholders of Promsvyazbank were removed from the organization's search base, the newspaper said. According to her, earlier the data of two bankers were placed in the Interpol search base with the so-called red corner, which meant their arrest if found.

The decision of the commission was sent to the General Secretariat of Interpol, which on November 6, 2020 removed the bankers' data from the search databases. All central national bureaus of the organization were also notified of this.

Our position has found full and unconditional support. In all proceedings, we stated that the prosecution of Dmitry and Alexei Ananyev is part of a campaign to take one of Russia's most successful private commercial banks to create a tool for servicing the defense sector under sanctions, representatives of the defense of businessmen said.[16][17]

Recovery by the Moscow City Court of 17 million rubles from his wife in favor of Promsvyazbank

As it became known on March 22, 2021, the Moscow City Court recovered 17 million rubles from Dmitry Ananyev's wife in favor of Promsvyazbank (PSB), which the businessman had previously headed.

PSB lawyers filed a lawsuit against Dmitry Ananyev and his wife Lyudmila with the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow back in March 2020. The decision on it, according to the court's database, was made only at the end of September and did not suit the applicants. Having filed a complaint, the lawyers achieved a review of the case in the appellate instance of the Moscow City Court.

The Moscow City Court decided to fully satisfy the bank's requirements for the defendants and recover 17 million rubles from Lyudmila Ananyeva in favor of PSB. The bank's lawyers managed to prove that on August 31, 2017, the ex-chairman of the board of Promsvyazbank Dmitry Ananyev, taking advantage of his position, took a loan in the amount of 1.395 billion rubles from his bank at 8.5% per annum and immediately put this money on his wife's deposit already at 12.9% per annum.

The court recovered 17 million rubles from Dmitry Ananyev's wife in favor of Promsvyazbank

On December 12, 2017, Ananyev repaid his loan at the expense of his wife's deposit. The day before, he received an order from the Central Bank on the additional charge of reserves, the failure of which led to the reorganization of the PSB.

From September to December 2017, interest was paid on the deposit in the amount of 50 million rubles, while 33 million rubles were paid on the loan. PSB lawyers estimated the damage to the bank from this scheme at 17 million rubles. They asked the court to recover this amount from Lyudmila Ananyeva.

File:Aquote1.png
We are satisfied with this court decision. We believe that the facts of coordinated actions of an unlawful nature committed by the Ananyev spouses, which were the basis of the PSB claim, have been confirmed. Thus, the scheme to extract additional income through the Ananyevs' credit and deposit transactions to the detriment of the credit institution was suppressed, the PSB told Kommersant.[18]

Bank Trust presented the Ananyev brothers with new requirements for €315 million

In particular, the new claim of Trust concerns fraudulent schemes implemented in Promsvyazbank and AvtoVazbank, which were discovered after the initial claim. Thus, the claims are based on seven episodes of alleged fraud in the framework of issuing loans to Delvenisto (74 million euros), Klirinaso (68 million euros), Fivolsenso (65 million euros), Finance Invest LLC (65 million euros), Dimoresa (29 million euros), DVP (7 million euros) and JSC TD Mikhailovsky (7 million euros). The Supreme Court refused Dmitry Ananyev to cancel the seizure of his assets for ₽113 billion

At the end of December 2021, the Supreme Court (VS) refused the ex-owner of Promsvyazbank Dmitry Ananyev, represented by his former financial manager Sergei Druzhinin, to cancel the judicial acts of lower instances on the arrest of property at the suit of Trust Bank for 113.1 billion rubles.

In addition to Dmitry Ananyev, his brother Alexei, former president of AvtoVAZbank Oleg Vdovin and ex-chairman of his board of directors Nikolay Taran are involved in the case. Bank of non-core assets "Trust" asks to recover from them the losses that the defendants caused, according to its version, as controlling persons of AvtoVAZbank. Until 2019, he was a member of the Promsvyazbank group controlled by Ananyev. Later, his problematic assets worth 340 billion rubles were transferred to Trust.

The Supreme Court refused Dmitry Ananyev to cancel the seizure of his assets for ₽113 billion

The Moscow Arbitration Court imposed a security arrest on the money and property of the defendants and declared Dmitry Ananyev bankrupt and launched the procedure for the sale of his property. The financial manager of the ex-banker tried to challenge the seizure of his assets, indicating that after the start of the bankruptcy procedure, all interim measures are removed, and new ones can be imposed only as part of a bankruptcy case.

But three instances considered that this did not apply to the lawsuit, which was not considered by December 30, 2021. The grounds on which interim measures were introduced did not disappear. At the same time, according to the courts, there is no evidence that the seizure of Ananyev's assets interferes with the bankruptcy procedure. The Sun agreed with them.

On November 30, the court satisfied the complaints of Promsvyazbank, Zverenaya Kompaniya Nastyusha LLC, as well as a number of other creditors, including companies and individuals, against the determination of the Moscow Arbitration Court, which on February 18 approved Druzhinin as the financial manager of the businessman, as well as against the decision of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, which confirmed the appointment on June 28.

The contested document explains that the court of first instance, in accordance with the bankruptcy law, randomly chose the Association of the Association of the Association of the Association of the Association "Property," which proposed the candidacy of Druzhinin. Disagreeing, the lenders filed complaints.[22]

At the same time, all three instances recognized as illegal the additional agreement to the marriage agreement of 2017, concluded a month and a half before the introduction of the provisional administration in Promsvyazbank, as well as the agreement of Lyudmila Ananyeva with the Cypriot Velux Assets Limited 2018. The courts decided that the chain of transactions involving this company was aimed at withdrawing assets and causing harm to creditors.

According to the additional agreement, 10 plots in Gorki-2, two Moscow apartments, five cars, a motor vehicle, a boat, a boat, jewelry and other luxury goods, shares of four companies were transferred to Ananyeva's ownership. The courts decided that the chain of these transactions was aimed at withdrawing assets and causing harm to creditors.[23]

The Lefortovo
Court of Moscow begins consideration of the next criminal case on embezzlement of Promsvyazbank funds

According to investigators, Dmitry Ananyev created a criminal group with the aim of stealing PSB credit funds. In mid-2017, Mikhalev and Afanasyev entered it. The case file says that Ananyev developed the criminal scheme itself: it was he who gave instructions to subordinates, "binding," and controlled their implementation. Mikhalev and Afanasyev, in turn, selected performers, distributed duties between them and controlled the implementation of specific operations.

Criminal activity was carried out from July 21 to October 12, 2017. During this time, Cypriot offshore firms Figebor Consulting Ltd and Anarford Holdings Ltd. were issued loans in the amount of 250 million rubles and 400 million rubles, respectively. The investigation believes that Dmitry Ananyev then received this money, legalizing it through the Vipasena Holding Ltd company controlled by him.[24]
