2025: Appointment as CEO of one of the largest sausage producers in the Russian Federation "Dymov "

In October 2025, the Dymov Group of Companies changed its general director. Vladimir Filiptsev, who headed the company in August 2025, was replaced by the former financial director of the group Anatoly Joke.

This was reported by Kommersant with reference to SPARK-Interfax. According to Kommersant, Anatoly Joke is well acquainted with Vadim Dymov - the founder and key owner of the Dymov Group of Companies - for joint work. From 2020 to 2022, Joke managed the Respublika book network, 97.1% of which belonged to Dymov. At the same time, in 2020-2023, Anatoly Joke headed Best Bai STM LLC, associated with the head of the Trading House Dymov Ceramics, Evgenia Zelenskaya.

As for the former general director Vladimir Filiptsev, before joining the Dymov Group of Companies, he worked in Rustam Tariko's Rust Group of Companies, Rusagro and Simple Wine structures, Kommersant said.

Anatoly Joke appointed general director of one of the largest producers of sausages in the Russian Federation "Dymov"

According to Neo Stanislav Mudrov, partner of the business and asset assessment practice of the consulting company, Joka's appointment could be connected with his understanding of the company's internal problems and his sharing of the views of business owner Vadim Dymov on the company's development strategy. The expert notes that the transition of financial directors to the position of manager is a common practice.

However, the frequent change of leadership does not correspond to the market norm, says Margarita Patrusheva, head of the Organization and Personnel practice at Reksoft Consulting. According to her, the average tenure as general director in Russia is three years. She does not exclude that the reason for the change in the leadership of Dymov was the inconsistency of tasks and expectations in the team of shareholders and top management.

Kommersant's interlocutor in the sausage production market adds that Dymov has always practiced a quick team change with the slightest discontent of the owner, who requires immediate results.

Kommersant notes that this change of CEOs occurs against the background of a difficult market situation. According to the analytical company Nielsen, in January-October 2025, sales of sausages in Russia increased by only 0.8%, and according to NTech estimates, in physical terms they completely decreased by 0.3%.[1]
