2017: Pilot project of the archive of original electronic documents in the Rostov region

The first stage of the pilot project starts in 2017. At this stage, EOS will offer software products to solve the tasks. Then the system will be tested, the results of which will determine the timing of implementation and commissioning.

The importance of this project for the entire system of state authorities and local self-government of Russia is difficult to overestimate. Currently, no institution has an archive in which electronic documents are stored and used as originals, since only paper copies are transferred for long-term storage. If the pilot project is successfully implemented, the experience of the Rostov region can be extended to any state structures.

Of the documents registered in 2016 in the EDMS "Delo" (~ 2 million), more than 300 thousand were worked out by managers using the software service "Mobile Manager's Office."

2012: EDMS modernization

In addition to the current modernization issues, the project executors have been assigned additional tasks. In particular, the certification of DELO in accordance with information security requirements, consulting on the archival storage of electronic documents signed by an electronic signature with the participation of specialists from the Federal Archive Agency (Rosarkhiv), organizing a training course for lectures on the use of modern information technologies in the field of workflow and archival storage of electronic documents.
