The publishing house publishes more than 70 editions, has more than 60 regional editorial offices, own retail network of distribution, AIF-Kontakt advertizing agency and book publishing house "AIF-Print". The number of readers only of one issue of the Argumenty i Fakty weekly is more than 8 million people.

For March, 2014 Argumenty i Fakty is the most drawing weekly of Russia (circulation in 2.1 million copies).

History

2017: Entry into the list of founders of RAI

On July 10, 2017 it was announced that five largest Russian publishing houses entering into the Union of publishers of "GIPP", including "AIF" founded the Advertising Alliance of Publishers (AAP) agency and for the first time begin the consolidated sales of advertizing on the websites of the editions. 2014: Media3 sells AIF to the Government of Moscow

On March 7, 2014 the Government of Moscow purchased the federal newspaper Argumenty i Fakty. Preparation of the transaction was known since summer of 2013. The newspaper was sold without printing house.

Authorities of the capital are going to tell through Argumenty i Fakty about the policy and life of the city. The edition will remain federal, i.e. will continue to appear in all largest cities of the country. 150 million rubles will be selected for development of the newspaper, according to Vedomosti.

Argumenty i Fakty was purchased at Media3 company by bank transfer on condition that the mayor's office will undertake debt repayment of the newspaper. At the time of the transaction the debt load of "AIF" makes two billion rubles. Revenue in 2013 made 2.5 billion rubles. At the end of 2013 the edition took the credit of one billion rubles in Bank of Moscow.

The Vedomosti newspaper wrote that the Moscow authorities became interested in purchase of "AIF" in July, 2013. Then the transaction was estimated at 75-120 million dollars.

The Argumenty i Fakty publishing house is included into ten the largest publishing houses of Russia on the volume of reader's audience (according to TNS Gallup Media for 2003).
